What it does...

Instead of relying on complicated external signing workflows, registered users can upload PDF, DOC, or DOCX files, prepare documents in a visual multi-page builder, assign saved Contacts, send secure no-login signing links, monitor invitation delivery and signer activity, send reminders, correct failed email addresses, and download or resend completed documents from the Joomla frontend.

With the Max plan, administrators can also configure monthly signature-request limits for individual Joomla user groups. This allows a site to control usage by membership level, customer plan, department, or other group-based access model, including sites that sell access to electronic-signature services.

Safety First
QC Digital Signature is designed around private user access, protected document handling, secure signer access, and reliable request evidence. Each registered Joomla user works within a private signature-request area, while source documents, request snapshots, signer values, and completed PDFs are handled through application-controlled storage and delivery rather than ordinary public file links. Secure invitations create scoped signer access, and HTTPS is recommended so signing links and submitted information are encrypted while being transmitted.

Template edits, Contact corrections, reminders, delivery retries, and email-address replacements do not rewrite previously frozen request evidence. Signing, cancellation, completion, download, and resend actions use server-side permission, ownership, state, license, group-limit, and integrity checks. When all required signers finish, QC Digital Signature creates one immutable completed PDF with an appended Audit Trail and uses that exact stored document for protected download, completion email delivery, and resend.
