Contractor
Introduction
Contractor is a Joomla! component to keep track of clients contracts and invoices. It does NOT generate or manage invoices, it merely allows you to have them ready for your customers to view. Its main purpose, though, is to keep track of recurring contracts that need renewing. It will send you a reminder that a contract is expiring soon, allow you to send a message to your client asking if they will renew, and manage prices etc. It will not generate the invoice, that must be done elsewhere.
Contractor includes a frontend view (where clients can see their invoices and running contracts/subscriptions), a frontend module (same view but might be more convenient for some uses) and plugins. Plugins are used to manage automating reminders via Joomla! Task Scheduler, and to provide a shortcut icon on the Joomla! dashboard.
Contractor is now usable (at last!) with version 1.1.1. All major bugs and issue should now be gone.
The extension is young, so feature requests and questions are most welcome !
