Like Amit, I'm also very happy with this great editor, but couldn't find a solution to the iframe stipping.

Anyone can help?

I have been a devoted fan of the JCE and its magnificent plugins for many years. Lately, I have been waiting eagerly for the upgrade to a J16/17 compatible version, and now that it is here, I must say it was well worth the wait. On my fresh J17 installation it played be-e-e-autiful! The JCE project will have my dedicated support as a paying subscriber for years to come!

The very first extension which we add in to EVERY SINGLE Joomla site which we built - an absolute must in my opinion in order to make the process of updating their site as easy as possible for clients.



Not only does it provide a slick interface for the most common things you will need to do on your pages it also provides a wide range of more advanced tools (image editors, thumbnailing options) which are powerful and well-designed.

This is one of the component i install by default in all the joomla projcts

JCE is one component that i make sure its installed on all the websites i work on. Excellent work.



The only problem i am facing is that iframe is getting stripped and the iframe plugin is paid. I did lots of research on this one and still did not find the solution for the same.

We provide content management and creation services to many clients and if it was not for JCE, we would not be able to effectively service the number of clients we currently offer services to. JCE (along with JCE MediaBox plug-in) is by far the best editor for Joomla we have used and is the first of our default extensions we install on any new Joomla installation. The free version is great for personal/non-commercial projects but we highly recommend the commercial version for any other project. Solid support and constant product improvements/updates.

Having been a lifelong user of WYSIWYGPro, I made the switch to JCE and I'm not disappointed. This is a full on editor that just works.
