Get Hierarchical Category Filter (v2015.05.26)

Introduction

This module allows you to place on the page block with hierarchical select lists for categories filtering in.

Main features:
- construction the dependent < select > of categories lists
- allows set own label for each < select >
- can be couple blocks with different categories tree
- assign result to some menu item
- load subitems via AJAX (if enabled)

Clean and powerful tool for sites with many nested categories, where users can open them sequentially to find the wanted article.

I really needed it for my J2.5 site and it works fine.

Thanks for this promising module, please keep improving it !

A very good module. The only thing is that it should be possible to decide where to show the selectet content.

But the module works very good!

This is what I have been looking!

It is simple! And powerful. One other reviewer complained about not SEO - but if you filter, then click in category blog >> article - then you can see SEO link in navigation bar - so is it a problem? I don't know - for me this plugin is very good. When you have many categories - it is a must - if you want to have super filter to show cat blog. Works on J2.5 Best regards

Perfect for what this is supposed to do.

The only thing is not working is the SEO, but it's a good module.
