JoomION Widerruf adds a withdrawal button ("Widerrufsbutton") to your Joomla site, as introduced for online consumer contracts by EU Directive 2023/2673 (applicable from 19 June 2026).

JoomION Widerruf – der gesetzliche Widerrufsbutton für deinen Shop

Ab dem 19. Juni 2026 sind Online-Shops verpflichtet, einen auffälligen, jederzeit erreichbaren Widerrufsbutton auf jeder Seite bereitzustellen. JoomION Widerruf erfüllt diese Pflicht ohne Programmierkenntnisse und ohne Abhängigkeit von anderen JoomION-Produkten.

Ein System-Plugin blendet den Button schwebend auf jeder Seite ein – frei wählbar in Farbe, Beschriftung und Bildschirmecke. Ein Klick öffnet das vollständige Widerrufsformular als Overlay, ganz ohne feste Menüposition. Kunden geben Bestellnummer, E-Mail und Anschrift ein, bestätigen den Widerruf – und erhalten sofort eine Eingangsbestätigung per E-Mail. Der Händler wird zeitgleich per E-Mail benachrichtigt.

Mitgelieferte Standardtexte für Widerrufsbelehrung, Muster-Widerrufsformular, Email an den Kunden und den Seitenbtreiber sparen Zeit, lassen sich aber jederzeit individuell anpassen. Läuft auf Joomla 5 und 6, ist freie Software (GPL v2+) und in wenigen Minuten eingerichtet.
