Functionality
It works exactly as explained. There are no bugs. The plug-in that goes with the extension is also great .
Ease of use
Very simple to use. No difficult configurations to set up. Works out of the box.
Support
Excellent. Support is on the developer's Gitea platform where you can raise issues as they come up. They are quickly resolved.
Documentation
Very clear and comprehensive. It can be found on the Wiki on the developer's Git platform.
I used this to: I use the API for loading scripture on my website. I recently updated the J4 and J5 and it works perfectly in both versions. The API is amazing. It takes privacy in consideration and it is all for free!

No longer works

Functionality
No longer works and email to developer bounces. Very sad, as this component could be very useful and the alternative is covered in branding.
Ease of use
I went to the trouble of installing it and then trying to use my own api key, only to find it has operator string issues. An hour wasted....

Documentation
They put a lot of work into this and I'd love for them to update it so it works with Joomla 3.8+
I used this to: it can't be used anymore, please developers, consider updating it, even if it is paid download in future.

Functionality
It displays the Bible on the front end of your site using your templates CSS, so it looks hand coded for just for your site.
Ease of use
Easy to set up on back end. On the front end it loads book by book, chapter by chapter with an intuitive interface.
Support
I have never had support like this ever. The developer was there with me through any issue I had.
Documentation
I didn't even check for documentation because the support was so good I never had to.
I used this to: I am starting to build sites for churches and other ministries. Many of my clients want to build on WordPress. Even if I plan to build them a WordPress theme I will still create an area on their site with a Joomla installation specifically so getBible can be used. Its the best.
