Pop Image Slider provides an impressive and multi-interactive way to view images. The images slide left and right according to the cursor movement and when the cursor is over an image, the image is magnified. The images can be links to other content like images, videos, websites etc. These links may open in a modal window, in the same window or a new window.

There is no need to edit images in order to style them. Styles like border, shadow, rounded corners, background, filters, gap between images can be achieved though the module parameters.

The height and the width of the images, in normal and zoomed state, are automatically calculated based only on two parameters: a) the image height in normal state and b) the percentage of the image magnification.

Functionality
Worked as in demo.
Ease of use
It was easy to use since the extension was installed with sample images.
Support
Not needed for me.
Documentation
The documentation was enough to get the idea before I download it.
Value for money
It is just fine.
I used this to: Till now I have used it for displaying services, testimonials and work team.

After an upgrade, I had a few issues with configuration and emailed the developer, who was very quick to respond and worked to resolve my issue within hours.

I installed the image slider and had some issues with script conflicts, so I contacted the developer. I got an immediate response, and they fixed it for me right away. I wish all extensions provided such great support!

The module is very well done, simple to configure and use.

I did have a problem which was not because of the module, the fault was in my own page.

I asked some help to the support team and they sent me a new php file to fix my problem in about one day!

Amazing team, reccomended!

This is a great extension; exactly what I needed!



I had a pre-sales question and Thanos replied to that question withing a few hours. After I bought the extension, I needed a customization to the code, and again Thanos handled my request in only a couple of hours.

The component works good. Also the implementation has a clean, simple coding style. It was easy for me to rewrite the component to use images from the Phoca DB - only the SQL query and a fetch_assoc.

However, for a relatively expensive commercial extension, I expect at least a support forum as well as clear information about updates for purchased products.
Owner's reply: It is the first time someone suggests to be included images from Phoca Gallery but it is a nice idea and I will try to add this feature in the next version.
There isn't a forum for help because I believe that answering the emails is better and fast enough.

You know, i actually needed an extension for a concrete project, scrolling gallery with big photo popup ability, and it HAD to have possibility for easy addon of more photos. Like slider/gallery.

Pop image photo is that, and much more. Not only it got easy to add photo-gallery in it, in those popups U can play ... - anything, really. It's insane how much possibilities it got.

One more, very important thing: I had a problem - I mistyped path to my images, several times (what can I say - I am beginner, an not used to WRITING :{)). Anyway, I sent email (it was info@.... mail, so I didn't expect much to get a reply), and almost instantly I got my response and a solution! That is so rare nowadays, so I Had To Point That Out!

I wish all the best to the people that did this, and I will keep my eye on new stuff They'll be doing.

P.S. I actually could write all from above in one sentence: Pop Image Slider is A MUST.
