Safety First
QC Digital Signature is designed around private user access, protected document handling, secure signer access, protected attachments, and reliable request evidence. Each registered Joomla user works within a private signature-request area, while source documents, request snapshots, signer values, signer attachments, Identity Verification evidence, and completed PDFs are handled through application-controlled storage and delivery rather than ordinary public file links. Secure invitations create scoped signer access, and HTTPS is recommended so signing links and submitted information are encrypted while being transmitted.

Template edits, Contact corrections, reminders, delivery retries, email-address replacements, and later settings changes do not rewrite previously frozen request evidence. Signing, Identity Verification gating, cancellation, completion, download, archive, and resend actions use server-side permission, ownership, state, license, group-limit, and integrity checks. When all required signers finish, QC Digital Signature creates one immutable completed PDF with an appended Audit Trail and uses that exact stored document for protected download, completion email delivery, and resend; when signer attachments are present, the authorized Completed Package can also preserve the original protected attachment files.
