During import, the extension downloads the gallery images into your Joomla media structure, automatically creates dedicated /images subfolders, and can resize the images on import to match your site’s needs. You can also define titles automatically or set custom titles manually, depending on how you want to present the gallery.
The gallery thumbs can be arranged with drag and drop, and the available behavior can be fine-tuned in the plugin options. This gives you full control over gallery presentation without having to manage the content directly inside the article markup.
The gallery can be injected into Joomla content through custom fields in two different ways, giving you flexibility for different article and module workflows. This makes it easy to place the same gallery content wherever you need it in your Joomla site.

For richer frontend presentation, the package includes optional lightGallery lightbox support. It also provides a separate YOOtheme Pro source integration plugin, so imported galleries can be used inside YOOtheme layouts as a source item.
