UserEngage
Introduction
This plugin connects your Joomla website with UserEngage marketing automation system enabling you to quickly implement the tool and start downloading data about your users, planning automatic personalized communication flows and engaging your users via email, live chat, sms, forms and pop-ups. Here is how the system will work once integrated with the website via this plugin:
It consists of 3 components:
1) Customer data aggregation:
- Collects data from all social media profiles of your users
- Downloads their location, language, time zones and OS
- Tracks visitor behaviour: Page Views, Referrers, Conversions and more
- Scores your leads
2) Marketing Automation:
Using the data about the users you can create personalized and automatic communication flows using visual drag 'n'drop editor.
For example, you can schedule a following rule: "If a user speaks spanish, adds a product to the basked but does not finalize the transaction, send him an email with reminder and welcome him with personalized chat message "
3) Communication Channels
Once automated, UserEngage will communicate with your customers using:
- Live chat on your website
- Pop-Ups
- SMS
- Emails
- Forms
- Modals
