IMPORTANT - WHAT THIS EXTENSION IS AND IS NOT
ZS Searchify makes your content READY to be searched by exporting it as clean, structured JSON. It does NOT include a search engine, an index, or front-end search. To make the exported content searchable you need a separate mechanims to import json files into a search engine e.g. Meilisearch.
There is a companion extension "ZS Search for Meilisearch" (separate JED listing), which connects with Meilisearch index to provide search functions and modules.

FEATURES
- One-click manual exports from the admin Dashboard (Full or Delta)
- Scheduled exports via native Joomla Scheduled Tasks (searchify.full and searchify.delta)
- Stable, versioned JSON schema: manifest.json plus numbered batch files (export__batchNNN.json), including deletion tombstones so stale index entries can be removed, not just added
- Built-in sources: Joomla articles (com_content, enabled by default) and EDocman documents (optional - enable when EDocman is installed)
- Real SEF URLs resolved per record; records without a routable URL are skipped and reported, never silently broken
- Storage drivers: local media folder, Amazon S3, S3-compatible (MinIO, SeaweedFS), Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2
- Export Runs history: status, counts (exported / skipped / deleted / errors), storage driver, and a downloadable manifest.json for every run
- Configurable batch size

REQUIREMENTS
- Joomla 5.x, 6.x, PHP 8.2 or newer, MySQL-compatible database
- A search backend is NOT included.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Install the package - component and plugins in one zip.
2. Open Components -> Searchify -> Dashboard and run a Full export, or enable the two tasks under System -> Scheduled Tasks.
3. Each completed run promotes its files to /current/ in your chosen storage.
4. You can import these json files into your existing search engine e.g. Meilisearch
