Cannot login to your site

Purchased Pro - states its installed when I enter the code but no pro version.
Ease of use
Looked simple, if i could get what I paid for installed - no way to contact developer as I cannot log into my account.
Free version only. Try to login to submit support ticket to get the pro working: get an error Unable to connect to authentication service.
I used this to: Have not been able to use - no way to contact developer - site will not allow login

Great and nice bundle to get you up and running. It is a complete help desk system.
Ease of use
Easy to use this extension. Admin and user interface is very easy to use.
Received prompt and good reply on the problem. It is a good support overall.
I used this to: I use JS Support Ticket for all my Joomla websites, and since many years now ! I use this extension on Joomla 3 and Joomla 4, on both it work great. One of the best extension ever!
Excellent, full-featured helpdesk plugin and works on Joomla 4. I had an issue installing the plugin but their support team helped.
Ease of use
Relatively user-friendly, with quality documentation. Once installed, I found configuring the plugin to be intuitive.
Stellar support. Very responsive and helpful. I submitted a support ticket and within 24 hours, I had my answers.

Great component with many features for a professional help desk. we used for almost 4 years now ad it has been doing the job.
Ease of use
Not very easy to figure out even on the installation level. I had to go back to support to figure out how to finish installation.
Very poor support with edgy attitude. They ask for money in every possible chance!
Not very clear specially when it comes to customization and moving of the installation from one site to another.
I used this to: Support desk for a non profit organization. The component is divided into categories which really helps in providing support by multiple departments.

Very rich extension for support ticket with lot of features. Automatic sending of emails.

Does what it says on the tin. Okay support ticket, slightly annoying config options.
Ease of use
Slighly annoying to configure due to limitations, even on the pro package when bought. Annoying "JYes" and "JNo" all over the configuration
Very disappointing support. Had an issue, raised a ticket, told to Google my problem.
Good documentation on their site, seems to cover everything... Not sure as never really needed it.
I used this to: Support tickets on my site and using to manage customer support enquiries.

Medio debido a que es un complemento muy completo, puede resultar un poco complejo de configurar al princio.
Excelente cuando me he puesto en contacto con ellos han resuelto eficaz y rápidamente.
