Functionality

Allows adjustment of all of the features available in Facebook's SDK via a module.

Ease of use

installed without issue. Once necessary data is input and the module is enabled/assigned, the icon appears and works.

Value for money

Facebook offers code to do this for free. You could embed that into a module. This product makes it easier and is well worth the spend!

I used this to: Offering customers an easy and non-threatening way to contact my business.

Functionality

All the documentation looks straightforward but we couldn't get it working. Developer not interested.

Seems straightforward enough but couldn't get it working on my site.

Emailed prior to purchase, developer enthusiastic to help. After purchase, sent several emails with no response.

It looks like a great deal and would be if it worked but at the moment, it is ten euros wasted.

Functionality

The module works lovely. The most important is that the chat works without redirecting to messenger and looks excellent

Ease of use

easily installed if you pay attention to some necessary setups, especially at the facebook page settngs (whitelisting the domain)

The support works via a forum where the developer replies relatively soon.

Documentation

I think that a more detailed documentation would be useful. Especially for troubleshooting

absolutely. for that price there is no risk at all. And the plugin is beautiful and generally reliable

I used this to: embeding my facebook chatbot to my website. I woud surely recommend the plugin for that price and performance. I only wish it wasn't so vulnerable to any facebook updates.... Otherwise 5*
