Functionality
It works great and has a lot of features. I haven't had any technical issues so far, and the system works fine
Ease of use
I think it was easy to work with, and when I had a question, I contact with live chat and they solved my problem in less than a minute.
Support
you get 24/7 live chat support which is awesome. They solved my problem in less than a minute
Documentation
There are enough descriptions for installation step by step on the site
I used this to: I use this for My website and now Now I have the opportunity to connect with visitors of my site from around the world. Thanks tawk

Functionality
Adds 2 cookies for every visitor, whether they want to chat or not. Tracks page views and more regardless of interaction with chat.
Ease of use
worked immediately but to be GDPR compliant I must offer an description of the purpose of the cookies and getting that was not possible.
Support
Absolutely useless, dismissive and sarcastic. Could (or would) not describe cookie purposes.
Documentation
Didn't help with my issue at all.
I used this to: I don't, and can't without breaching GDPR.

Functionality
tawk.to is a fully featured live text chat with no limits on sites, agents, chats. No voice chat and almost none statistics, though.
Ease of use
Very easy to use. Just register, add websites, add chat agents, and add the provided code(s) to your pages.
Support
Most people will not need any. A live chat is available on their site which responds immediately.
Documentation
There is no single tutorial file to download but a knowledgebase is available. It covers most aspects, but I wish it was more detailed.
I used this to: Set on 6 websites of a hotel group, and 7 chat agents at the central offices handle all chats.

This component implements live chat in all site pages. :-(
I created instead a Custom HTML module with the provided tawk.to chat code, choosing the pages the chat should appear. :

Functionality
Does it all, monitors your site. Free Android App!
Ease of use
Easier than this review! And faster to set up. Don't even need the plugin. You can be operational in about 3 minutes or less.
Support
They use their own product. Nuff Said?
Documentation
Shows you where to click with circles and everything, step by step. Perfect!
I used this to: Monitoring my web site, tracking visitors, chat, and it just looks really professional.
