Functionality
The tool / component does what it is supposed to do. And that excellently
Ease of use
You have to work out a bit of familiarisation time and understanding
Support
Very good and extremely effective support. The answers and help came very quickly and professionally even though we do not live and work in.
Documentation
Well structured and always up to date. I have found my way around well
Value for money
Great price / performance ratio. Worth every cent. I can only recommend the component
I used this to: I use the question and answer component for occupational profiles that are constantly changing.

Functionality
Nested categories, polls, comments, advanced search, multilingualism, SEO optimization and much more.
Ease of use
Due to the large number of settings, it took me about 1 hour to set everything up to my needs.
Support
Excellent operational support even on New Year's holidays. Developer specifically supplemented the component with Smfaq migration.
Documentation
Good documentation with a convenient structure. There is a section for administrators and a section for developers.
Value for money
Component is definitely worth the money. For this money, I received not only a wonderful component, but also excellent technical support.
I used this to: creating several categories with questions and answers on the site for repairing mobile phones and tablets. Using the built-in migration tool, I transferred over 18,000 questions from Smfaq.

It's OK, but is it the best?

Functionality
It's quite functional, although we would have liked a bit more on the admin side to aid migration from another system.
Ease of use
No big issues on the admin side, but those of our users not overly tech savvy complain they have difficulty navigating and creating comments
Support
It's OK, although some specific issues we raised were never answered in full.
Documentation
On par with what passes as documentation these days - the main stuff to get you started is there.
Value for money
Again, it's OK, but we are reluctant to upgraded because we cannot get clear answers on whether problem areas have been fixed
I used this to: Currently we use on a professional groups website frequented by about 300 industry professionals.

100! Maverick from Core Joomla have helped me lots of times whenever needed, in the forum or via personal messages.
Documentation
the documentaion of the component can be much bigger, but since tha component is so easy to configure that wasn't really an issue for me.
Value for money
worth it.
I used this to: i've used Community Answers on an E-Learning site, as a way to provide my site's users with the option to ask and answer each other's questions - a complementry function to the core learning functions of the site.

Sorry for my english. For my needs the extension came fully.
Ease of use
Setup is very simple and is carried out in one place. In the more expensive extensions of the competitors setup is more difficult.
Support
The support is excellent. During installation and initial setup appear issues, but Maverick all solved within a few hours.

Value for money
I do not regret the money spent
