Functionality

I've tried a number of testimonial extensions and this is by far the best, with explicit options to set height, width, colours etc.

Ease of use

Easy to use and pointers are provided to help you navigate where to configure the options.

Support

Excellent, I got a reply to a license query very quickly. I had installed it on a test system and wanted to know how to move it to live site

Documentation

I didn't need to use it much because the onscreen instructions are good. It looks helpful.

Functionality

Very customizable, however UI could have an overhaul.The big negative I have seen so far is that they don't use the standard module manager.

Ease of use

Information is very fragmented in tabs windows and subwindows.
Joomla module manager is not used, they have their own module management.

Support

If you use Advanced Module Manager in your Joomla as many do. Forget about this plugin.
NOT COMPATIBLE

I used this to: Customer testimonials on my website. Don't know what else to say. Integration was easy with the problem that they use their own little approach of Module Manager.

I highlight some points to make it clearer:
- We do not use our own module manager. What we do is create the module automatically from the component to make the administrator's life easier.
- What does not use the module manager is the Advanced Module Manager extension. This extension has its own module manager and through a plugin it disables the Joomla module manager.

To make it very clear, our extension follows 100% the Joomla development standard. And our extension does work together with the Advanced Module Manager.

What happens when Advanced Module Manager is enabled is that the ability to select the page on which the module will be displayed is disabled due to the interference that Advanced Module Manager makes in Joomla.

Je n'ai même pas eu besoin de regarder la doc tellement le module est intuitif, simple d'utilisation, bravo aux concepteurs je recommande

Le prix pour une licence complète en illimité de nombre de site n'est vraiment pas cher je lui donne 5 étoiles. Rapport qualité prix excellent.

Functionality

Out of the box its great. But the designs weren't suitable fo my site so did some basic designing in the interface and it looks great now.

Ease of use

I thought it was a bit awkward to begin with but when I realized it was me, I came to realize this is a great mod.

Support

Support were excellent. Solved my only issue quickly and satisfactorily.

Documentation

I didnt use the documentation at all. It was relatively easy to use.

I used this to: Getting testimonials for my programs. I have a front end button under the product, a popup form (using a module) in the footer. A button and main menu link in the backend. To encourage users to lear a review.

Functionality

After one of their other products, I decided to stick with them. The functionality of the software works as described and fits perfectly.

Ease of use

The documentation is there but could be a little slim. Not to worry, the ease of use of the software makes up for it.

Support

The 24-hour turnaround is not bad for a Joomla extension. I can depend on them to return a well-thought-out answer to my questions.
