DleJAlerts is a plugin designed to display Joomla system messages as pop-up notifications, helping users stay informed without interrupting their workflow. Once activated, the plugin automatically replaces the default Joomla message container.
Users can choose to have messages displayed as either "sticky," remaining visible until dismissed, or set to automatically close after a specified duration. DlejAlerts can show core Joomla messages as well as notifications from third-party extensions that have been added to the system message queue. Additionally, the plugin provides a log of activities performed on the website, accessible to users with the appropriate permissions in supported extensions.
DleJAlerts offers three different themes and two layout options: pop-ups or windowed notifications. Users can customize the colors for each message type, adjust the effect type and speed of the notifications, and group messages of the same type together.
The plugin also displays validation messages from forms created with extensions that follow the default Joomla form validation behavior. It notifies users when their session expires and shows the number of currently logged-in users.
