Introduction

Finally a Bandcamp plugin for Joomla! Yes but not only. We provide one plugin to rule them all: here is an advanced content plugin parsing pages for BANDCAMP SOUNDCLOUD and MIXCLOUD URLs (no syntax required) and replacing with the corresponding brand HTML5 player with various parameters.

Functionality

I am using this plugin to interface with Bandcamp. The configuration options are limited (colour, player size), but plenty adequate.

Ease of use

Extremely easy - this is the future for plugins; no parameters are needed i.e. file Just type in the url and the plugin does the work

Support

Excellent - I had a problem with the player and posted to the developer's forum. He responded and solved the problem in less than 24 hours.

Value for money

This 9 Euro plugin saved me money by allowing me to shift the hosting/bandwidth of 80 audio files from my site's server to Bandcamp.com

I used this to: my record Label's website and one of my artist's websites. I have 5 albums posted on Bandcamp. For the first time thanks to this plugin, I no longer need to host those audio files on my two sites, thus saving me bandwidth and almost 500MB of server space.
