Очень простой в использовании, вы сами пишете HTML-код формы добавляя полям и кнопке специальные атрибуты.

Можно расширять с помощью своих плагинов и скриптов. Есть отличный плагин для создания PDF из полей.
Ease of use
Очень просто, по сути вся форма это html и нужный класс на кнопку. Но в админке все видно - цели, история, экспорт.
Support
Разработчик всегда на связи, дает грамотные советы, также поддержка со стороны пользователей из чата

Очень подробное описание есть на официальном сайте формы, также есть примеры готовых форм

Плагин не использует дополнительных библиотек, не нужных дополнений. В то же время спам не пройдет, что очень и очень важно

Для создания форм нужны базовые знания HTML Но вы полностью контролируете свои формы

Ценю архитектуру без jQuery и событийную модель. Возможность дописывать свою логику через системные плагины настоящая киллер-фича.

Никаких перегруженных GUI в админке. Полный контроль над разметкой, что бесшовно встраивается в любые кастомные шаблоны.

Автор моментально вникает в архитектурные нюансы и оперативно выпускает новые обновления
Documentation
Подробная документацияч, чёткие примеры кода, описание событий и триггеров, а не просто базовые инструкции для рядовых пользователей.

Functionality
The plugin alllows sending forms without tons of useless settings. It protects forms from spam bots and works even under Progressive Caching
Ease of use
You construct any kind of forms via HTML, so it's not kind of GUI, but this is an advantage - you get clean code without tons of CSS.
Support
Very fast. The developers helps quickly and keep the plugin in actual condition to make the plugin compatible with latest version of Joomla.
Documentation
It's extensive and describes different scenarios of usage including HTML examples of forms.
I used this to: We use RadicalForm on many sites where forms and needed and this extension covers the most of tasks which site integrators meet. It's also has modern architecture and the functionality can be extended via additional plugins. If you take this extension, you'll keep the code clean.

Плагин заменил мне все остальные расширения для создания форм обратной связи, поскольку с ним я могу действительно делать то, что захочу.
Ease of use
Вы просто создаёте нужную форму в HTML, вставляете в нужное место (обычно в модуль Custom HTML), добавляете css-класс и используете.
Support
Разработчик на связи, оперативно отвечает на возникающие вопросы.
Documentation
Хорошая подробная документация с кейсами применения. С помощью расширения можно избавиться от тонны настроек в админке.

It lets me build the exact forms I need, integrates well with YOOtheme Pro, and has solid anti-spam built in.
Ease of use
It does not force me into one fixed scenario: I can create the form the way I want and keep the setup clean and understandable.
Support
I get a real answer from someone who knows the extension deeply. That makes a big difference.
Documentation
The documentation is enough to understand the main workflow and start using the extension.
