Functionality

I particularly love the menu management features. You can organize dishes by categories (appetizers, mains, desserts, drinks).

Ease of use

The real test was training the restaurant staff to use it, and they picked it up immediately. The backend is intuitive, with a calendar view that shows all reservations at a glance. Adding or modifying menu items is as simple as filling out a form. Very user-friendly.

Support

Responsive and helpful support. They solved my issue within hours. Great communication.

Documentation

Well-organized documentation with plenty of screenshots. You'll find answers to most questions quickly and easily.

I used this to: I use this for my small café. It's simple and doesn't overwhelm me with features I don't need.

Functionality

The setup is fast. It needs a feature for users to book tables and manage their own orders privately via a dedicated personal dashboard.

Ease of use

The workflow is smooth, but users should only see their own table's data. Privacy settings must prevent others from viewing table history.

Support

The team is very responsive. I sent an email and they replied quickly, fixing my technical issues and bugs in a very short time.

Documentation

Clear guides helped me start quickly. Adding a section on how to restrict table views to specific logged-in users would be very helpful.

I used this to: Users should have a personal dashboard to view their active orders.

Privacy is key: A user at one table should not be able to see the orders or history of another table.

I recommend a specific setting so that only the original requester of a table can view that table’s spec
