Works fabulous, installed plugin added my own text for the notice and the button. Colors and css can be changed in css file.

Very easy, language file was missing which threw me for a second however it only affects back end not the front.

read the demo page on the web site, easy enough to understand and see it working as a very thin banner across the bottom.

I used this to: presenting simple cookie notice acceptance on a site that does not have EU audience generally.
