Very good and still very easy to figure out despite that fact it has an awful lot of functionality which makes the balance very tricky.

Support is superb and the reason why we use this and recommend it, With something as important as a booking system you need good support!

The functionality is excellent, it goes beyond of what you really expect. I do really recommend it.

Really well documented. The author details what will going wrong in case of CSS issues. That's a nice detail.

Loads of options to configure room types and rates. Seems to have the flexibility to set up any way you need.
Ease of use
Definitely a learning curve. Took me some time to figure out how the rooms and rates are grouped, how to set up various packages and options
Documentation
Good amount of documentation available, but lacking in specifics & examples.
Value for money
Tremendous value. This extension has tons of flexibility and options for it's price. Does just about anything, just have to figure out how.
I used this to: Reservation system at a small campground.
