Very nice Comments Extension

Posted on 23 October 2026
Functionality
This beautifully embeds comments into articles, and also has an api. It has very functional and comprehensive settings, and an import/export
Ease of use
Very easy to use. Also, has template overrides for customizing perfectly to fit into the website's design without modifying core files.
Support
The support is fantastic. The developer offers fast, on-topic responses from a real human. They were very open to our suggestions too.
Documentation
Well documented Joomla Comments Extension, though most settings and set up is very self-explanatory.
I used this to: Embedding comments into our articles. It also has a module for displaying the comments in various positions, with many settings. Plus it also has a Smart Search plugin, and import/export functions. All in a free extension.

We give this 100% 5 stars! (No matter what JED shows.)
