Introduction

LimiTickets is a lightweight but powerful Joomla extension that automatically limits how many support tickets a user may have open at the same time. It helps agencies, hosting providers and support teams maintain structured workflows, avoid duplicate requests and ensure predictable response times.

LimiTickets works transparently in the background: When a user reaches the configured limit, the plugin blocks the creation of new tickets and shows a customizable warning message. Users must first close or resolve an existing ticket before submitting a new one.

The extension supports RSTickets!Pro and Akeeba Ticket System and can combine their open-ticket counts if needed.

LimiTickets is an independent third-party extension. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or supported by RSJoomla! or Akeeba Ltd. All mentioned product names are used for compatibility purposes only.

LimiTickets arbeitet transparent im Hintergrund: Erreicht ein Benutzer das festgelegte Limit, blockiert das Plugin das Erstellen neuer Tickets und zeigt eine anpassbare Warnmeldung an. Der Benutzer muss zunächst ein bestehendes Ticket schließen oder lösen, bevor er ein neues einreichen kann.

Die Erweiterung unterstützt RSTickets! Pro und Akeeba Ticket System und kann bei Bedarf auch die offenen Tickets beider Systeme miteinander kombinieren.
