MMS helps Associations, Clubs, Unions, Foundations and even companies to administrate their members on the website. Integrated in the Joomla! ACL, with groups and rights for every function. Members edit their own profile, the administration approves new members. Connecting to Administration software for accountancy, for example to e-Boekhouden.nl and Conscribo.

Maintained continuously, most recent addition is the function to integrate the member portal with Wordpress.

Languages available: English, Deutsch, Nederlands, Norsk, French, Polish.

Continu verder ontwikkeld en met ongeveer 100 verenigingen die er gebruik van maken is het de ideale software voor de Secretaris. Het neemt veel werk uit handen. Nieuw: de penningmeester zal blij zijn met koppeling naar het online boekhoudpakket Conscribo en e-Boekhouden ! De plugin om die koppeling te maken, staat in de JED onder de naam "My Member Synchronization".

Functionality

The functionality is great. A full overview is easy to get. And the input is without any help good to do by the client.

Ease of use

As said: very easy to use this program. we got a great manual en verbal explanation

Support

I am not a great technician on internet, so I need a lot of support. And the support I get is given very quick and easy to understand.

Documentation

The manual we got was great and good to use. Without any support we could use this.

Value for money

That's OK. we get something good for a good prize, especially when you look at the support we get.

I used this to: Over membership administration and collecting our direct debit. Even for sending posts to our members it is working perfect.

Functionality

More functions than you'll ever need. Caters to all sorts of member administrations.

Ease of use

Adjusting to your needs can be a bit tricky. Then again they have an quick to install demo package that can easily be adjusted.

Support

Support is fast and to the point. I think they have seen it all before....

Documentation

Documentation is comprehensive, online and it is kept updated! You will only use it when your are setting up.

Value for money

Absolute value for money. Don't produce your own, this is far better.

I used this to: Several client websites with between 500 > 10000 members. It comes bilingual, English and Dutch.

Functionality

Works perfect. We made a connection with Acymailing and this is a great solution for the use of the newsletters lists.

Ease of use

The frontend is very easy to use, the configuration is easily done (we used the demo setup).

Support

Great support. The support is via skype or mail. Mark answers quickly.

Documentation

Complete ( and in English). We did't need it or used it very often.

Value for money

Absolutely. A friendly price for a great component. We are very satisfied.

I used this to: The member administration of an international (worldwide) network of scientists.

Functionality

We wanted a member portal for our 650 members, with document management and newsletters. My Member Software is the base for this.

Ease of use

Frontend ease of use for members: very good. For the backend configuration I bought the prepaid 5 hour card to outsource the installation.

Support

A prepaid 5 hour custom support card is advisable, since the investment to configure can be complex (if you have wishes like ours)

Documentation

Wiki website, could be added some instruction videos to make it more alive... But its sufficient.

Value for money

Lots of value, compared to the needed plugins for Wordpress to build such a complete system.

I used this to: Member administration and sync of member data to the accounting program.

Functionality

MMS offers full functionality for the management of membership. In addition, it offers easy linking with other Joomla extensions.

Ease of use

The MMS extension is easy to use, though Joomla itself may tricky at times...

Support

MMS support is cordial, emphatic, quick, professional and good value for money.

Documentation

Is more oriented at the developer then at the end-user... If this was tackled, it would be perfect ;)

Value for money

Absolutely! It saves us a lot of time and a lot of money in hiring an administration office...

I used this to: Managing the membership body of an association of professionals. As the association's office consists entirely of volunteers, we are especially happy with the member self-service portal.

Easy and flexible system. A lot of possibilities for members administration.

Very easy, although it is not easy to see all possibilites at the first glance.

For us as "amateurs" we have highly appreciated the fast and profesionel support from the My Member Software-team

Documentation

MMS has done most of the project, so we didn't need to consult documentation a lot, but the info/docum that we were given was very good.

Value for money

Absolutely! We considered other systems but MMS is by far the most economical.

I used this to: Administration of our members; 2000 safety representatives and members of working environment committees in Norwegian companies.

Happy with this time saving tool for our administration (6000 members)

This extension does exactly what it promises. Great tool for small and large member administrations. Easy to configure after some practice.

Easy to configure after some practice or with some support. Once you are familiar with this tool, you can quickly save a lot of time.

Support

Too bad you can only give 5 stars. During configuration, there was always a quick response with workable solutions.

Documentation

The documentation is (fortunately) not too extensive and always sufficient.

MMS is well worth the money! I am satisfied with the combination MMS / RO CSVI / AcyMailing extensions

I used this to: I use this extension for the administration of our association with 5,500 members. Divided into 15 subsections, all of which can keep track of their share completely independently.

Functionality

The pre-configured version fits good to our administration. Everuthiong needed is present and has been thought of.

Ease of use

For me as a non-joomla-user it is a steap learning curve. However with the help of the creator we. now have a fine administration

Everything we need is available in My Member Sofware. The preconfigured solutions is very good for our purposes.

Ease of use

Since I am starting as a Joomla user I have to find the right way to handle the possibilities

We got excellent support to help us take te first hurdles to adapt the software to our needs.

There is good documentation available, sometimes a bit difficult to find the right subject

Value for money

Yes, absolutely! The package is not expensive and it delivers what is pormised.

I used this to: To get a web-membership database for our Family organization, including the overview of the yearly support payments (so we can stop using different, very often not synchonised, spreadsheet solutions).
