Support Site not easy to use

Functionality
The functionality of the forum is exceptional; does what many do not. But has some issues.
Ease of use
Relatively easy to use; takes a bit to find some of the config settings.
Support
New forum makes support a headache; even browsing for Q&A is a headache due to color scheme and appalling layout.
Documentation
Again read above; the site is a mess.
I registered to post a question; but not allowed to post or reply or anything.
I used this to: Currently using for test site; unfortunately due to attachment names being truncated; will probably have to try something else; as users have no idea as to what the attachment is ie /home/....a.pdf means nothing to a user.

Functionality is good, the new design is though quite a mess.
Ease of use
Not to difficult, but setting it with Joomla is not a one step process.

Simply the best forum for Joomla
Ease of use
Quite easy, but there is place for improvement on the settings page.

Personal support is ok, but for the whole project is good.

Well documented

Unable to test due to display issues
Ease of use
Seems ok on the admin side, but the mess on the frontend makes it a disaster

Hopeless; registered for forum, not allowed to post new to ask questions
Documentation
Looks great. Like the big mac. Promises much, delivers little
I used this to: Couldn't use it. The front end display is a complete mess.

I used this to: I use it for nothing, now. I have removed it from my Joomla installation due to the waste of time having to delete spam posts.
Owner's reply: I'm sorry you have many spammers, there are some anti-spam features in our component, and there are also 3rt party plugins to prevent spammers. Please check the plugins and try again. Also check the settings to reduce the spammers.

Functionality
There are some features that are missing but it has most of the stuff covered. What it does do it does well though.
Ease of use
I can't complain. Probably the most complicated part was getting my head around joomla!'s user permissions system.
I used this to: Forums. What else would I do with it? :P

Functionality
Offered a very good starting base for our product forum where we integrated further our needed customizations with the shop database.
Ease of use
The product is intuitive and has a nice clean look, which we adapted to match our page style and also we added 4 responsive types.
Support
We din not required any, since we are fixing ourselves, but the product has regular updates and is well maintained.
Documentation
Clean and simple so that anybody can understand it.
I used this to: product forum for our Joomla Extensions shop, where we integrated free board access for free products and limited access on paid products, depending on the existing acquired license. Thanks to the developers for offering and maintaining further this extension!

Functionality
The integration with Joomla is impressive and the availability of plugins for integrating Kunena with other components is unmatched.
Ease of use
Very easy to use with an easy to understand user interface with plenty of options.
Support
Have not required support so far, but seriously doubt if I will based on earlier experiences using previous Kunena versions.
Documentation
Have not found the need to read the documentation because of earlier experiences with Kunena.
I used this to: Using Kunena to handle the content-related discussions for a large nature-oriented social site. The original plan was to use phpBB with a licensed p8pBB bridge but the Kunena integration with Joomla was too extensive to pass up. Excellent work Kunena Team!!
