Functionality

The extensions are top notch and offer unprecedented support through the administrative interface. Extensive options allow customization.

Ease of use

Vast options take some getting used to. Have to stick with it. Experience with Joomla! helps.

Support

Support is excellent. Emails are answered within 24 hrs. Cannot say enough about the Shondalai support group. They stand by their product.

Documentation

Excellent online articles detailing most in-demand topics. Support from email supplements the online offerings very well.

Value for money

A+++. I would say that as extensions go, this is most likely the best $-for-$ value that I have found.

I used this to: Educational and psychological surveys, both anonymous and onymous, both commercial and otherwise.

Ease of use

Cada vez es más fácil usarla, sus características son muy intuitivas de configurar.

Support

Esta característica es la MEJOR. Maverick (su creador) es un excelente profesional, muy atento a resolver todas tus dudas.

Documentation

Nunca he necesitado consultarla, pero es completa y existe todo lo que se requiere.

Value for money

Lo vale cada peso (centavo) que invertimos. Cada año renovamos la licencia porque las actualizaciones y mejoras son constantes!

Functionality

The program does exactly what it says it does. Tons of survey options just about any combo you can imagine.

Ease of use

Super easy to use. I was pleasantly surprised. I'm an intermediate joomla operator, so definitely easy for most people to use.

Support

Haven't had to use support yet, but so far so good. Seems like they are pretty popular and will respond quickly.

Documentation

Unfortunately the documentation could add in some more visuals when guiding you through the process. More detailed explanation would be nice

Value for money

I was startled at the cost of survey extensions all together, and this one was the most expensive one. But honestly worth every penny easy

I used this to: Conducting surveys from members of board to create a website with their input on creation. Will use in the future for public and community polls and questions to help our little town grow!

Functionality

I am using this survey extension to replace Qualtrics. So far, I have been impressed at the number of things it can do!

Ease of use

A little hard to get going, but once you are used to the workflow it is fine.

Support

Unbelievable - responsive: I mentioned that I needed to pass information into the survey via a URL and they added it!

Documentation

The documentation is a bit hard to find things in. For example there is built-in language localization but I had a hard time finding it.

Value for money

Quite reasonable for such a full-featured extension, and the support has been noteworthy.

I used this to: Surveying clients and client customers. I do the analytics myself, so I don't need a lot of that, just a solid, nice looking, and feature rich survey extension, and that is what this is!

Functionality

Community Surveys has many very useful options, and integration with AcyMailing works great! There is a great number of question types.

Ease of use

The extension is very easy to use. Surveys and questions are easily created and reordered.

Support

Amating support: professionnal and efficient. I had a small issue with CSV reports that was solved very well and very fast!

Documentation

Excellent, easy to access and easy to browse. There is a good forum on CoreJoomla's site.

Value for money

Great value for money, especially when you consider the quality of the extension, the frequent updates, and the great support.

I used this to: Different kind of surveys on a Joomla! website, some of which are to be published in peer-reviewed medical journals.

Works great, and the Support is the best around!

Functionality

Definitely the best extension in this category. Easy to use, excellent support, and we are extremely happy.

Ease of use

Very easy to use, and we were able talk directly with the programmer via email for a couple questions we had, since our needs were complex.

Support

Needed a few customizations, and Maverick did everything we asked perfectly!

Documentation

Easy to follow and the forum is great for ideas and to find answered questions.

Value for money

Excellent value. Hard to believe it costs so little for all the functionality you get.

I used this to: A high end website with subscription based surveys and results for customers who sign up, pay a subscription fee, and take personality tests to better understand how they can play better golf.

Functionality

User-friendly, but is a bit tricky at first... suited for those that are very experienced with Joomla.

Once got the rhythm going, everything fell into place nicely.

Functionality

Does what I need it to do - to get feedback from clients on the services we offer them.

Ease of use

Relatively easy to get up and running. Lots of features to use or not use. Can be simple or more complicated if you wish.

Support

I didn't need any direct support or answers to problems I couldn't work out - so that's a good thing!

Documentation

I referred to the support forum and documentation areas a couple of times and found what I needed to help my implementation.

Value for money

Possibly more expensive than a lot of extensions but - if it works and does the job reliably, who am I to complain?
