Functionality
V3 of j2 store is really functional and supports many features that an Online Shop needs.
Some import improvements and is taking 100/100.
Ease of use
Easy to install, configure & use. Adding articles may sometimes be time consuming but has it's advantages and options are easily configured.
Support
Great support, friendly and they respond in a timely manner!
Documentation
Documentation is very thorough and divided into categories so its easy to read.
Has examples for every product type on how to create them.

Functionality
A very good shopping system which includes everything you need for an simple shop. Easy to manage and with a very good backoffice system.
Ease of use
It's very easy to manage and the support helped me fast and quick for a problem i had while upgrading to the PRO Version.

Turns "normal" articles into product files, meaning that it's very easy to set up, take orders, and more

Very easy. I was able to get a fast start on getting everything working, and upgraded to pro as a result for the stock control aspects.

Awesome! 1or2 small issues handled quickly,professionally,courteously. Then a big issue: Ramesh went far above & beyond to fix it for me.
Documentation
Excellent. A very comprehensive quick start manual with enough detail clearly written. Also video tutorials which are incredibly handy
I used this to: Running my online store. Most of my items are small quantity or one-offs (vintage) so it's imperative that I can add things quickly and then manage shipping charges, stock control etc without hassle. I love using it and working with the guys they have been brilliant. Get it. Fab.
