Functionality
This is how a great store works, no limitations, you can sell everything and anything, managing products is a breeze, all in one place.
Ease of use
If it is your first time it may need some effort finding where everything is, but the learning curve is really easy to follow, easy to use.
Support
100% on top! they are a very active team of people making eCommerce & developing Joomla for years, their experience is now yours! I love it
Documentation
very complete, and being updated almost daily, you can check it and find how to solve almost anything there, easy to find and follow.
I used this to: I have a very complex site managing a wide variety of products, and multiple user access levels, j2Commerce makes easy to achieve our goals, instead of having 10 different applications, now we can manage all in one place, a center of truth, one product, price levels and so on...

Functionality
Offers same features as other large ecommerce extensions with lots of additional extensions
Ease of use
Uses articles to make products and very intuitive. Nothing easier
Support
Support has been amazing with quick response times and thorough explanations.
Documentation
It looks like they were able to update almost all of the older j2store documentation and added more steps to make it easy to get things set
I used this to: Selling motorcycle products online (switched from VM to J2 and never looked back)

Functionality
The base functions for a shop system are great and quite intuitive. Had no problems to set it up and vreate a walkthrough.
Ease of use
I find it amazing to use the normal contentstructure to build products. This gives you the ability to create productpages in a new way.
Support
I had some questions fore calculation rules and got quick and helpful answers.
Documentation
The docs are partly based on J2store what can be irritating - but they are working on updates. The support is helping in case...
I used this to: A project to sell digital signage products on different locations with some calculationrules needed.

Functionality
The magic is J2 uses articles as products, its what joomla was made for, displaying articles, no re-inventing the wheel
Ease of use
If you know your way around Joomla, it's easy as pie! Quick to learn, small learning curve
Support
Top notch support, theses guys go above and beyond to assist you
Documentation
Its there, but hardly needed, many tool tips in the component as well as comprehensive documentation
I used this to: at least 20 online stores, some with complex product parent and child product options.

Functionality
I'd used J2Store for years and found it full of creative ideas; the Royal Mail plugin was a revelation! J2Commerce easily replaced all that!
Ease of use
Having used J2 store I found it a doddle to move to this app; all my date survived the change
Support
I had a few problems with setting up Paypal. Olivier and Adam were patient and prompt with their responses and resolutions
Documentation
I've given it 5 stars based on the rest of my experience; had I read it I probably wouldn't have had to take up their support time...
I used this to: Running a Society bookshop with discounts for members; the Community Builder plugin is a godsend for this as is the RM shipping, which calculates costsbased on weight and delivery address - brilliant!

Functionality
Finally migrated my older Joomla 3 site to Joomla 5 and for once, I didn't have to worry about the ecommerce part working.
Ease of use
Migration guides and general documentation made it a smooth process.
Support
Olivier and Adam were both amazing to work with. The support tickets were responded to quickly and they helped with general site issue s.
Documentation
I used this to: Selling online books on my Joomla site. Been using J2 for over 7 years now.

Very nice shopping cart extension. I like the functionality and the features that has built in
Ease of use
Very easy to manage and install using this shopping cart. The work flow for adding cart is very simple and easy to understand for users
Support
not sure about the support... never tried contacting them. I just check some questions on the Joomla forums.
Documentation
I used this to: I use this for my testing for my future ecommerce website that will lunch soon.

Functionality
I was searching for a joomla component that could consider articles as products. J2Commerce is the best for this job!
Ease of use
If you are familiar with joomla, J2commerce is very easy to use.
Support
Greatest support ever! Adam an Oliver helped me a lot by creating a custom plug-in for my needs. They also dealt extensively with an issue.
Documentation
Relies on legacy J2store. It needs a revamp but it does the job.
I used this to: I have created an eshop that is based on articles as products. With J2Commerce this have been done very quickly and everything works.

The documentation is going through a major rewrite, from someone outside our development team, to ensure it is properly targeting the end user. You should already see changes glancing through it.

Using configurable and variable products types to sell products and services, with options
Ease of use
Easy to train clients, saving client hours of data entry since they start with a Joomla article.
Support
Adam and Olivier have been great answering questions, pointing to existing solutions/documentations and entertaining new functionality idea
Documentation
The documentation is from J2Store, along with updates for the enhancements. Some parts are not quite there but still a great start point.
I used this to: Using J2Commerce on multiple websites to sell classes, services and products.

Functionality
The ability to create a shopping cart product from a Joomla Article is the best thing about J2Commerce
Ease of use
For simple products, it is very straightforward but it can also handle more complex products
Support
Support has been excellent, and Adam's help has been invaluable.
Documentation
The documentation is extensive and easy to follow for most things
I used this to: As a web designer, I have used J2Commerce on several client websites.
