Con la versione free riesci a mettere su un e-commerce base e senza pretese. Ma con versione Pro per 49 dollari hai piene funzionalità
Ease of use
Semplice da usare e configurare anche per chi è alle prime armi. Usa gli articoli di Joomla, dunque tutte le funzionalità delle stesse.
Support
Avendo la versione Pro, ho contattato l'assistenza per alcuni problemi. Veloci, gentili e precisi nelle risposte.
Documentation
Ottima documentazione anche in italiano e video esplicativi per la configurazione delle varie funzionalita

Functionality
The functionality is easy and technical support, documentation are there to help.
Ease of use
As easy as writing an Article in Joomla, initially I compared it with other Joomla eCommerce solution and found that J2Store is easier
Support
I am very impressed with Sowbagya Lakshmi who as a supports person helped me thoroughly.
Documentation
Good documentation and video tutorials are very detailed. I struggled in multi language and there were very detailed documentation and video
I used this to: I just completed an online store using J2 Store. Initially it took some time to understand the framework but as I got hold of component, it took me very less time to deploy.

Functionality
Im very new to this, but I found it logical in how you create and manage the products, add pictures and variants etc.
Ease of use
As it uses native content to create products its really good not having to learn a new way to enter information.
Support
Had an issue with a payment provider and got really quick and thorough help even though im only trying out the free version.
Documentation
I used this to: We're a small family run bakery and we wanted to try adding a webshop to our existing joomla site, we looked at some other commerce modules but they just seemed so complex for our basic need - j2store seems to work perfectly for us.

Functionality
Plugged right into my Joomla site and poof I was up and working with my store
Ease of use
The software was very easy to setup for our projects and easy to use for our clients
Support
This is what I really wanted to leave a review for. SUPERIOR SUPPORT. I had an issue with shipping and within hours it was resolved!
Documentation
I used this to: We have a brick and mortar site and we use J2Store for our online store.

Still using deprecated Fontawesome Icons

Functionality
Works well, except that they are still using a deprecated version of Fontawesome. They've been told several times.
Ease of use
Not bad, except that you have to do heavy editing to fix the deprecated Fontawesome icon issue, so if you're not adept, you're in trouble.
Support
No support for free versions. Not even when this is an issue that has been reported to them MANY times over the years.
Documentation
Great, except it doesn't take into account that they have used old, outdated icons in their component, so it does not work the way it should
I used this to: Various sites. I have used both free and paid versions over the years, and I have told them about this problem and requested that they fix it MANY times too. Still not fixed.

Functionality
This extension can be used in multiple ways as it uses Joomla articles as products. There are many plugins for a wide variety of needs.
Ease of use
Basic use is very easy. Creating templates is a bit trickier, but I guess that applies to every extension.
Support
Support is EXCELLENT. Fast and friendly. I have always received help, and what they have done has most of the time exceeded my expectations
Documentation
The extension is well documented, and so are the plugins. Also there are videos to explain many use cases.
I used this to: Multiple client stores, two stores of my own. Some have more than a hundred products, some have just two. This extension works well in all cases. I am using the paid version of the extension, but the free version goes very far too.

Functionality
I've used various Joomla stores, and this one is the best, hands-down, that I have tried. It is a very clean, straightforward design.
Ease of use
Excellent to use, intuitive and clear. Much thought has gone into making this as easy to use as possible.
Support
Support is outstanding. I would say the best I have received from any Joomla developer. Fast, responsive, generous, helpful.
Documentation
No problems. Lots of good videos. Well documented. These are extra characters because the input box insisted on it.
I used this to: e-commerce site. again, the input box requires more than 64 characters, which seems ludicrous, but that is what this sentence is for, to pad out my review. The product itself is great; this review page, not so much perhaps. :-)
