Functionality
Not as usually "only for USA companies". Can be used from North pole to South pole and from Honkong to (my country) Belgium.
Ease of use
Brillant design. If you can work with Joomla, you can configure and use without problems j2store.
Support
One of the best online helpdesk I can remember in years. High qualified helpdesk people and a very quick response and a correct solution.
Documentation
As far as now I found all I needed in the documentation and on the tutorial videos.

J2store has all the features my clients request from a store/cart component and more!
Ease of use
It's extremely well developed and easy to use. There are many options, but ultimately your end-goal will be achievable.
Support
Support is hands-down the BEST support I have ever experienced from a 3rd party Joomla extension. Responses are quick!
Documentation
Complete documentation, FAQ's, Forum and videos are available. What more could you ask for?
I used this to: I use J2store to setup online shopping carts. There are many alternatives, though none of them I will use, simply because J2store offers simplicity and a thoughtfully developed solution to your entire shopping cart system. It has so many great features and options available.

Really good, some can be improved but developer has already focus on making this component better every day.
Ease of use
All seems easy and clear from the beginning, NO HEADACHE !!!!
Support
Support really make the difference. Guys help you even if you are doing some mistake and problem is not related to the component.
Documentation
there are guide, video, Faq, for some info i didn't find i have jsu asked to the support and got all what i needed.

Functionality
All the functionality we need for our small business, with more being added.
Ease of use
I tried some other shopping carts that were well known but so confusing. This is the way a shopping cart should be.
Support
I had an issue figuring out how to integrate an affiliate program but received truly caring support in quickly resolving the issue.
Documentation
I used this to: 100 product estore with many product options.

Functionality
Integrates well with my template. Flexibility as to placement of cart.
Ease of use
Very easy to use and straight forward. Not cumbersome. Tooltips available every step of the way.
Support
Beyond excellent. They are extremely responsive and go the extra mile is resolving any issues.
Documentation
I love that their website features video tutorials as a supplement to written explanations.

Very Functional! J2Store use Joomla articles as your products, along with the responsive programming makes cross platform displaying simple.
Ease of use
Really easy to understand, neat simple backend layout, tips as you go along, easy setup and product loading. Install and get selling...
Support
I ran into a few snags, mostly with my template, but J2Store's prompt, functional and professional support got me going in no time.
Documentation
It is very well documented, along with the youtube videos, you can get set up in no time. The
I used this to: Selling farm produce online, customers can see/buy what is on offer at the moment, it is a very seasonal business.

..das muss je nach Einsatzgebiet bewertet werden. Für kleinere Projekte absolut ausreichend!
Ease of use
Installation und Einrichtung sind sehr einfach! Bestehende Beiträge lassen sich sehr einfach zu bestellbaren Artikel umrüsten.
Support
Absolut hilfsbereit und kompetent. Hat mir individuelle Anpassungen innerhalb kurzer Zeit per Mail zugesendet.
Documentation
Alles ist ausreichend Dokumentiert bzw. das meiste ist selbsterklärend, was noch besser ist...
I used this to: Ich habe es installiert damit User sich um eine Anfrage-Liste per Mail zukommen lassen können. Das "EmailBasket" Plugin habe ich dazu gebucht. Alles in allem bin ich mit dieser Lösung und dem Plugin sehr zufrieden, kann ich auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!
