Functionality
Perfectly usable functionality from the free version, however the upgrade to Pro is certainly worth the small fee.

Ease of use
Very easy to use and works straight away. Struggled with configuring the file locations for digital content products but good support helped
Support
Have contacted the J2Store team a few times and always get a prompt helpful response.
Documentation
Good support documentation on the website, but the components are pretty self explanatory if you're happy with Joomla.
I used this to: An eCommerce website (although I have upgraded to the paid version and would recommend the upgrade to anyone with the free version).

Good value for money in my opinion.

Functionality
It does what it does with flying colors! It is very easy to use and to setup. You can never go wrong with this cart.
Ease of use
Its not that hard to setup. Having the articles represents the products makes me feel that i'm on a familiar grounds. Very easy.
Support
This is top notch.. They will help you in ALL your needs. Very quick response and the support staff/developers are very well knowledgeable.
Documentation
Well structured and easy to follow.
I used this to: I use this to add cart functionalities to a website where clients can buy software and hardware.

A Wonderful, Customizeable Ecommerce Extension

Functionality
This extension provides the functionality necessary for just about any Ecommerce site. Plenty of plugins for shipping, CC processing, etc.
Ease of use
Basics are easy to set up. Requires more digging to get into more serious customizations.
Support
ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL support team. I've reached out to them multiple times during development and they've always been prompt and helpful.
Documentation
Documentation is helpful and sufficient to get the basics working. Could use more on the more advanced end for developers.
I used this to: A small company's first Ecommerce site (https://pccabinetry.com/). There are tons of items with multiple options and J2Store has worked just fine.

Functionality
Very poor in feature base, seems like a middle cart.
Ease of use
Very hard to use, have to jump here and there.
I used this to: I uninstalled it but tried for cloths shop.

Support
It seems the customer did not refer the documentation, end user guide and the video tutorials.
In the forum, the questions customer asked was about: Payment processing
He created multiple forum posts. We have answered his question the same day he posted it.
The duplicate posts were simply ignored, which he is referring as poor support.

So his complaints are not true.

Features:
We have listed all the features of J2Store. It has a solid list of feature set for an ecommerce site.
In the forum, your question was how to accept credit cards ? Well, you can do that pretty well with J2Store.

Easy of use:
J2Store is the simplest one and it takes less than 10 minutes to set up your shop.

Documentation:
The funny fact is that we actually do not have a documentation for developers. But we have extensive doc and guides for end users.

I have been using Joomla for close to 10 years now, this extension is up there with the best available. It is easy to understand and setup, has an active community support forum, and the developers are friendly and helpful. If you need a simple shopping cart for your site, this is the one to try first. Well done to the developers.
