Functionality
The magic is J2 uses articles as products, its what joomla was made for, displaying articles, no re-inventing the wheel
Ease of use
If you know your way around Joomla, it's easy as pie! Quick to learn, small learning curve
Support
Top notch support, theses guys go above and beyond to assist you
Documentation
Its there, but hardly needed, many tool tips in the component as well as comprehensive documentation
I used this to: at least 20 online stores, some with complex product parent and child product options.

J2Store was the best - J2Commerce is better!

Functionality
I'd used J2Store for years and found it full of creative ideas; the Royal Mail plugin was a revelation! J2Commerce easily replaced all that!
Ease of use
Having used J2 store I found it a doddle to move to this app; all my date survived the change
Support
I had a few problems with setting up Paypal. Olivier and Adam were patient and prompt with their responses and resolutions
Documentation
I've given it 5 stars based on the rest of my experience; had I read it I probably wouldn't have had to take up their support time...
I used this to: Running a Society bookshop with discounts for members; the Community Builder plugin is a godsend for this as is the RM shipping, which calculates costsbased on weight and delivery address - brilliant!

Functionality
Finally migrated my older Joomla 3 site to Joomla 5 and for once, I didn't have to worry about the ecommerce part working.
Ease of use
Migration guides and general documentation made it a smooth process.
Support
Olivier and Adam were both amazing to work with. The support tickets were responded to quickly and they helped with general site issue s.
Documentation
I used this to: Selling online books on my Joomla site. Been using J2 for over 7 years now.

Very nice shopping cart extension. I like the functionality and the features that has built in
Ease of use
Very easy to manage and install using this shopping cart. The work flow for adding cart is very simple and easy to understand for users
Support
not sure about the support... never tried contacting them. I just check some questions on the Joomla forums.
Documentation
I used this to: I use this for my testing for my future ecommerce website that will lunch soon.

Functionality
I was searching for a joomla component that could consider articles as products. J2Commerce is the best for this job!
Ease of use
If you are familiar with joomla, J2commerce is very easy to use.
Support
Greatest support ever! Adam an Oliver helped me a lot by creating a custom plug-in for my needs. They also dealt extensively with an issue.
Documentation
Relies on legacy J2store. It needs a revamp but it does the job.
I used this to: I have created an eshop that is based on articles as products. With J2Commerce this have been done very quickly and everything works.

The documentation is going through a major rewrite, from someone outside our development team, to ensure it is properly targeting the end user. You should already see changes glancing through it.

Using configurable and variable products types to sell products and services, with options
Ease of use
Easy to train clients, saving client hours of data entry since they start with a Joomla article.
Support
Adam and Olivier have been great answering questions, pointing to existing solutions/documentations and entertaining new functionality idea
Documentation
The documentation is from J2Store, along with updates for the enhancements. Some parts are not quite there but still a great start point.
I used this to: Using J2Commerce on multiple websites to sell classes, services and products.

Functionality
The ability to create a shopping cart product from a Joomla Article is the best thing about J2Commerce
Ease of use
For simple products, it is very straightforward but it can also handle more complex products
Support
Support has been excellent, and Adam's help has been invaluable.
Documentation
The documentation is extensive and easy to follow for most things

Functionality
J2Commerce has all the functions we need to run a complex and growing automotive parts store. All major functions are there and easy to set.
Ease of use
If you can use Joomla, you can use J2Commerce. The intuitive article base it uses is easy. Just be aware it uses plugin based templating.
Support
I've had a few problems with older plugins/modules for J2Store not working in J5, but Adam has been great at getting these working for me A+
Documentation
Documentation is extensive and there are answers to almost every question. But, as J2Commerce is fully transitioned to J5 it will get update
I used this to: I run a specialist Land Rover website and we use J2Commerce for our online parts catalogue.

The functionality of this extension is incredible. The ability to create a product page by creating an article in Joomla is awesome and easy
Ease of use
As someone who has never set up an online shopping cart, J2Commerce was a breeze.
Support
I would not have been able to get up and running if it weren't for Adam at J2C. He genuinely wants to help people achieve their goals.
Documentation
The documentation has been written for people with little to no experience setting up an online shopping cart. Like me!
I used this to: Starting out small! An online bakery and a collectible's site. With the help of Adam at J2Commerce I feel like I'm never an email away from help!

J2Commerce (former J2Store) is a online-shop extension that integrates in Joomla articles. works with Joomla and also extensions.
Ease of use
It is integrated into Joomla article, so very easy to use. Shop setups are always technical, but many plugins available. perfect!
Support
Fast support, helped a lot with updating apps and plugins. even individual coding support for migration to J2commerce from J3 and J2Store
Documentation
Lot of documentation, taken over from J2Store, is updated to J2Commerce
I used this to: I use J2Commmerce for a couple of client sites with Online-Shops for some years. They built stable businesses with it.
