Using configurable and variable products types to sell products and services, with options
Ease of use
Easy to train clients, saving client hours of data entry since they start with a Joomla article.
Support
Adam and Olivier have been great answering questions, pointing to existing solutions/documentations and entertaining new functionality idea
Documentation
The documentation is from J2Store, along with updates for the enhancements. Some parts are not quite there but still a great start point.
I used this to: Using J2Commerce on multiple websites to sell classes, services and products.

Functionality
The ability to create a shopping cart product from a Joomla Article is the best thing about J2Commerce
Ease of use
For simple products, it is very straightforward but it can also handle more complex products
Support
Support has been excellent, and Adam's help has been invaluable.
Documentation
The documentation is extensive and easy to follow for most things

Functionality
J2Commerce has all the functions we need to run a complex and growing automotive parts store. All major functions are there and easy to set.
Ease of use
If you can use Joomla, you can use J2Commerce. The intuitive article base it uses is easy. Just be aware it uses plugin based templating.
Support
I've had a few problems with older plugins/modules for J2Store not working in J5, but Adam has been great at getting these working for me A+
Documentation
Documentation is extensive and there are answers to almost every question. But, as J2Commerce is fully transitioned to J5 it will get update
I used this to: I run a specialist Land Rover website and we use J2Commerce for our online parts catalogue.

Functionality
The functionality of this extension is incredible. The ability to create a product page by creating an article in Joomla is awesome and easy
Ease of use
As someone who has never set up an online shopping cart, J2Commerce was a breeze.
Support
I would not have been able to get up and running if it weren't for Adam at J2C. He genuinely wants to help people achieve their goals.
Documentation
The documentation has been written for people with little to no experience setting up an online shopping cart. Like me!
I used this to: Starting out small! An online bakery and a collectible's site. With the help of Adam at J2Commerce I feel like I'm never an email away from help!

Functionality
J2Commerce (former J2Store) is a online-shop extension that integrates in Joomla articles. works with Joomla and also extensions.
Ease of use
It is integrated into Joomla article, so very easy to use. Shop setups are always technical, but many plugins available. perfect!
Support
Fast support, helped a lot with updating apps and plugins. even individual coding support for migration to J2commerce from J3 and J2Store
Documentation
Lot of documentation, taken over from J2Store, is updated to J2Commerce
I used this to: I use J2Commmerce for a couple of client sites with Online-Shops for some years. They built stable businesses with it.

Functionality
It is a pretty easy to use platform providing most of what you might need. However there is currently no plugin for subscriptions.
Ease of use
Not traditional setup but it has some nice advantages. I like that you can just create an article and add payment on the fly.
Support
So far good response. Takes a day but so do I LOL
But they do reply and do a decent job. Looks like J2 is back!
Documentation
The documentation is hit or miss as of now, in part because they rely on legacy J2 docs and videos.

While we aren't quite where we aspire to be yet, we are making significant progress.
We've been working tirelessly to update the core extension and all our plugins for Joomla 4/5. As you rightly pointed out, a few plugins are still pending, but we are reducing that list swiftly. The subscriptions plugin, for instance, is currently in its testing phase.

Regarding support, we are committed to addressing everyone's issues as quickly as possible. We believe a response time of a day or two is commendable for a free service.

The documentation will be updated at a later point, as we cannot address everything at once.

Highly customizable with plenty of plugins and extensions to suit any requirement.
Ease of use
Built on Joomla articles, it provides a great starting point. It is easy to use, even in finer details, if you are willing to read the docs.
Support
Exceptional support. Responses are quick, accurate, and go above and beyond when you need something unique.
Documentation
Thorough and useful. The screenshots are super helpfull and up to date.
I used this to: Build client sites, combined with SPPB builder, to offer an easy and seamless frontend editing experience.

J2Store provides what we need - the ability to sell and download e-products. It's simple and straightforward.
Ease of use
We've been using J2Store for some time, and we're happy with how it works.
Support
Awesome. We've had a few issues that we needed help with. J2Store support responded quickly and provided the solutions and guidance.
Documentation
Good. However, when we need more in-depth assistance, we turn to J2Store Support, which is exceptional.
I used this to: Selling downloadable products. Everything in our catalog can be purchased and immediately downloadable, making the J2Store functionality essential to the success of this product line.

This component turns Joomla articles into products for sale, and it does it very good. It is well done and it functions very good.

It is easy to use it and everything is explained well in the documentation of the extension.

It is well documented. There are also videos to explain many things how to use it.

J2store is the best of the lot. I had used VirtueMart and Mijoshop. Neither of them has a patch on J2Store for doing the main stuff easily.
