Introduction

This plugin makes local copies of all the remote/external images in a transparent manner to the user. When an article is saved, it will fetch all remote/external images that are referenced and upload them to your site.

Functionality

Does exactly what it's supposed to and more. Just fabulous for adding content from another site. No more download image then upload via ftp.

Ease of use

Simple and straight forward, just install and specify where you want the AUTO IMPORTED images to be saved.

I used this to: Importing content with images from an old site to the new site seamlessly. Very very nice indeed. Saved me hours of downloading images and uploading them again.
