Safety First

QC Membership Manager is designed around controlled membership access. Members do not receive Joomla administrator access. Active memberships connect to approved Joomla user groups only after successful payment, free completion, credit checkout, manual activation, or another approved administrator action.

Opening checkout does not create an active membership. Failed or cancelled payment attempts do not grant access, and completed PayPal captures are protected against being reused for a second membership. Renewal transitions are processed so the previous membership completes its expiration/group reconciliation before a scheduled successor becomes active.

Protected Joomla user group safeguards, server-side entitlement checks, preserved historical billing records, single-use PayPal capture handling, and lifecycle automation help prevent accidental access or billing changes. Scheduled Promotions affect eligible future checkout pricing only and never rewrite historical invoices or payment records.
