This plugin automatically hides a primary part of the web page content and displays a customized notification, such as a log-in form, when a non-logged-in user browses the front-end web pages. The plugin supports Joomla core articles. Also, it has an integrated log-in module. After successful log-in, the integrated log-in module redirects to the current article.

Features
1. Supported CCK: Content (com_content)
2. The primary filter: The list of categories and article IDs
3. Additional Filters: Date (Published Up, Created, Modified), Featured Status, Content Tags
4. Log-in options: Integrated log-in module, Joomla default log-in, Text message only, Custom URL with title, Load module by module name or module position with or without additional text message
5. Article Visibility: Intro text only, Limited text /HTML tags, paragraphs, words, characters/ and Nothing
6. Source of Limited text: Intro text or Whole content
7. Size of Limited text: The number or percent of HTML tags, Paragraphs, Words, and Characters
8. Overrides read more links.
9. Search Engine Bots: Whether or allow search engine bots to read the full content.
10. Adds meta-tags for Search Engine: no-archive and no-index.
11. Removes empty tags. For example, it removes an empty paragraph, which is added when inserting the read-more separator.
12. Skip count: The maximum number of articles (requests) will be allowed full access.

Functionality

Impossible to customize with the a multilingual website. The text is not formatted. Far away from my expectations.

Ease of use

I do not what to say. The configuration is easy to understand and to set up but the results are so poor.

Support

Zero, zero and zero. I sent three emails to have some explanations to know how to use it and to be refund. No answer. Very bad attitude

Documentation

Very poor. It does not cover the problems that I encountered. It is comparable to the lack of support.

Value for money

For sure, it is only $10. But I lost them. The extension is poor. It costs 10 bucks. Even one dollar would be to much.

I used this to: I do not use. I spent several hours trying to figure out how to use it. Poor documentation and no support. It is a shame to have such extension in the directory. If you want to lose $10, it would be a great idea.

very pore and clumsy performance. Lot of promised functionality does not work.
You do'nt need this plugin. Joomla standard functions does it

Functionality

It works great with K2/Joomla articles, gives the feaure I was looking for (show a number of articles for free and then require login)

Ease of use

Awesome. After upgrade to Joomla 3.5/K2 2.7 there were some issues - were resolved the same day!

Functionality

It blocks your valuable content to be seen as a guest. and therefore you can create a load of user accounts.

Ease of use

It's a really easy plugin to use, One of the good thing is the ability to select a specific category to publish the plugin.

Support

Support is very responsive, I did ask for a new feature and after few days the developer came with an updated version of the software.

Documentation

I haven' read much of it because the installation is pretty straight forward!

Value for money

Awesome. When I switch on the plugin, I create hundreds of accounts per day instead of 3 4

I used this to: I use this to fasten users account creation. and with the modification the developer has been doing (integrating recaptcha), it will also allow me to block some spiders to parse my content.

Upgrade process from joomla 1.5 was terminated because of the template so they created a plugin for joomla 1.5.26. free of charge!

Thanks for the update. Now it works perfectly and is very useful in cases of restricted content.

Just a suggestion: could be included the choice of type user: registered, special, etc. Then the extension would be perfect!

Plugin does not work properly with Joomla 3. There is a conflict with the core plugin loadposition and the message is shown in all pages, not only there is a read more. I reported to the developer but I got no answer.

Owner's reply: This major bug has been fixed in version 2.0.1.
