MMS helps Associations, Clubs, Unions, Foundations and even companies to administrate their members on the website. Integrated in the Joomla! ACL, with groups and rights for every function. Members edit their own profile, the administration approves new members. Connecting to Administration software for accountancy, for example to e-Boekhouden.nl and Conscribo.

Originally the solution was developed by a group of 70 Dutch Associations, under the name of "Ledenadministratie Online" ("LAO" as we call it). LAO only worked on a specific technical server setup, and the extension couldn't be downloaded. However it is very usuable for other associations in Europe, so it was decided that the software should be open-source and multilingual. We are going to develop the open-source version in the same manner as we did Ledenadministratie Online: by crowdfunding.

Maintained continuously, most recent addition is the function to fullfill GDPR requirement: do not keep member data unlimited.

Languages available: English, Deutsch, Nederlands, Norsk, Polish.

Nieuw: de penningmeester zal blij zijn met koppeling naar het online boekhoudpakket Conscribo ! De plugin om die koppeling te maken, staat in de JED onder de naam "My Member Synchronization".

It is compatible with all other systems we use. It has the functions we need.
Ease of use
Easy to use software. It has a lot of possiblities for both administartion and intranet. Also for the members it is easy to use.
Support
Great and personal support. It is easy to reach MMS via Skyp or telephone or in person and help is always quick.

The software is good value for money. A lot of possibilities and support for a reasonable price.
I used this to: We use this for our member administration and intranet. It is also connected to the event-registration and payments.

Good functionality with many possibilities to be used for custom building.
Ease of use
Very easy to use. The extention is built with on logic and is easy to get a custom to the use.
Support
Excellent support. Any new features that were needed we had very fast and good support.

Absolutely. The cost is very reasonable specially compared to what you get!
I used this to: Portal on our website. A custom made system for member and document handling.
Functionality
MMS is the base for our club membership management. With the synchronization component we sync data to the accounting program.
Ease of use
The plug and play version was setup in 10 minutes, our webhost had some PHP modules not turned on but once that was solved it runs well

The support is simply amazing:from initial interest on they were reachable in Skype
Documentation
The wiki does a good job, though i like more videos with it. It's sufficient though.
Value for money
Great value for money; for what it offers the price is very low. Will renew the license soon.
I used this to: Basis for our member intranet. We also have some other plugins to make it a complete membership intranet.
Functionality
Lots of freedom of choice in the design of the system. Members can keep their own data and that can be linked to other extensions. Top!
Ease of use
It is very easy to keep track of members' details. Especially with the automatic link with E-boekhouden in our case.
Support
The support is fast and accurate. There is an answer for every question, according to the makers. Problems are a challenge for them.
Documentation
Very extensive documentation is available in English. Google can translate that, but a specific Dutch translation remains our wish.
Value for money
Based on all functions, the support and the ease of the system I think it is more than worth the costs.
I used this to: We are a residents' association for the Tanthof district in Delft (the Netherlands) with nearly 2000 members. In our case MMS is linked to our bookkeeping system E-boekhouden, so MMS saves us a lot of time and energy when it comes to member administration.

Functionality
Based on Joomla, with the different components and My Member Software a complete member intranet portal including accounting synchtonization
Ease of use
The plug and play version was really straightforward, only slight adjustments had to be made to adept it to our methods.
Support
We had communications through Skype and e-mail, they didnt even charge us for that.
Documentation
Online wiki page, but most help was provided through Skype. We documented this in a customized document for our webmasters.
Value for money
Very good value for money; a complete solution like this would have cost much more with open source or wordpress.
I used this to: Website for our members where we can provide information on group basis: public information for interested, but also for members and also for the board.
Functionality
Using MMS for creating an intranet for members (clients). The member portal permissions are derived from the database.
Ease of use
Frontend intranet is very userfriendly, members login and have different menu options.
Support
Very good support from the programmer via Skype and e-mail. Even with our different timezones we could always find a time.

Intuitive, and integrated in Joomla, not much documentation needed

Low price with lots of options of different components working together. Compared to commercial intranet software it's cheap

Ease of use
The day-to-day usage is easy. The onetime setup had more work involved, also because of the connected accounting program

Very good. We hired Mark of MMS to do the setup. He sticked to the planning.
Documentation
We created own documentation for the admins in our native language.
Value for money
The license including the customizations was good value. The license alone is excellent cheap for what it does.
I used this to: Creating a member portal for our members, that have access to certain information and where they can place and update public profiles that are mapped on to a national map.

We needed a member portal for our members, with intranet and newsletters. The plug and play version did just that, very fast.

Documentation
All the functionalities are documented, but it looked complicated and we didnt really need it with the p&p version
Value for money
Lots of value for little money, the configured version (Joomla + this plugin) is 89 euro
I used this to: Member portal for our car owner website. We send out newsletters regularely and place events on the website. Those are separate plugins though.

This extension gives me a full flexible way to maintain the membership administration the way I want.
Ease of use
Easy installation and even without any Joonmla knowledge it is possible to make the system custom-made.
Support
Support is above 5 stars. Any question is answered in less dan a couple of hours. Most of the time in minutes, also in evening.

Documentation is only available in English.
Value for money
A lot of possibilities for less money.
I used this to: Member administration for a music orchestra (ca. 95 members). We keep track of several different data which we can now combine in one place.
Functionality
Obviously we had to get used to the program, but with a good support-team we managed to work with it easily.
Ease of use
Very nice and easy to work with software, with a lot of time saving as there is the posibility that all members can update their own data.
Support
The support is very professional and always easy to contact by Phone, Mail or Skype and
always with quick answers and sollutions.
