Introduction

jsWeather is a lightweight and versatile Joomla module that displays weather information for any location, including information such as, humidity, barometric pressure, wind, visibility. It was developed using the latest current version of openWeatherMap as weather data source.

  • Either display of the current weather or a 5-day weather forecast with a line chart showing temperatures
  • Uses weather data provided via a location name, geographical coordinates or the geolocation of visitors.
  • For better performance and system usage, weather data can be cached
  • provides interactive solution using jphpx system extension
  • Latest OpenWeatherMap API support

jsWeather ist ein einfaches und vielseitiges Joomla-Modul, das Wetterinformationen für jeden Ort anzeigt, einschließlich von Informationen wie, Luftfeuchtigkeit, Luftdruck, Wind, Sicht. Es wurde von jschmidt-systemberatung unter Verwendung der letzten aktuellen Version von openWeatherMap als Wetterdatenquelle entwickelt.

Functionality
It does excacly what it is supposed to do. Display current weather data
Ease of use
Very easy to use and provides the option to use weather fonts instead of openweather map default icons
Support
Super support, i suggested something to the developer and he instantly added a new feature to the module
Documentation
I used this to: I used this to display current weather conditions for a specific city. I did some css modifications in order to dispaly just temperature and the icon on my navbar
