I received excellent support from the extension provider! The forum has very helpful responses, and the app developer’s support is fantastic!

This is an excellent and very detailed resource. There are many pages available with explanations, samples, and tips!

Is much easier to use than the previous directory you tried. It is ten times easier to use. The installation process is also very easy.

Support is very fast and is always available to help with any problems or questions you may have.

The documentation is very clear and concise. It is easy to understand and to the point.

This is a very reliable component that does exactly what it is supposed to do. It is backed up by excellent support and is very easy to use.

Lots of functionality to cover, takes a bit of time to master but it's well worth. The included functionality covers a lot.
Ease of use
Feature are intuitive, a lot of them to cover though. Great part is that CMSJunkie constantly updates interface and documentation.

Overall good support. Multiple agents with different skill levels.

I you dont know what to do, there is demo directory which helps you a lot to create new listing

Very fast. You can ask for help with support ticket, or in forum

Very well documented. On autor site there is online help, with detailde explanation

Support is great and there is good open forum for users to share tips and also support tickets that also can be escalated.

Its really extensive documentations ie manuals that its very good to read first to understand how all works and sits together.
Value for money
Very good value for money and you can grow and add extra "addons" apps and mobile to extend with more functions and also for IOS & Android.

Robust and extremely powerful component. A lot of things can be created from this. It has the potential as well to be extended further.
Ease of use
It's not easy at first. May take some time to get use to once you open it again and again. Some options buried deep in the menus.
Support
I struggled on support. Support takes time and some of mine still open to date. Maybe my request is complex..don't know....
Documentation
Best read the documentation because you will feel overwhelmed at first using the component. Documentation is very detailed as well.
Value for money
Priced correctly for the amount of functions it has. Probably (if not) the best one out there.
I used this to: Building a massive directory for a website with various levels of categories which will replace an older one.
