Functionality

I would rate 100% but it could have more control over the checkout process (like rearranging/renaming) the steps

Ease of use

Just install, enable and check a few options in virtuemart configuration. Other than that it is good to go.

Support

I had an issue with installments from a 3rd party payment plugin.Although it was the other plugin's problem, virtueplanet fixed it!

Thorough documentation available on their website.

Value for money

I consider it invaluable as it makes the checkout process much more easier and faster.

Functionality

I checked many other extensions with such functionality, but this is best. It has very clear design and it is fully responsive.

Ease of use

There was a minor conflict between Ajax with SEF URL script, but the developer fixed this for me in just few hours.

Support

100% professional and customer oriented support. I simply can not expect better support.

Documentation

All the required settings (both VM and plugin settings) are clearly and precisely described in the install and config instructions.

Value for money

Buy with confidence. This extension worth its price with no doubt.

Functionality

Everything is very smooth and nice looking. Added missing functions I've wanted.

Ease of use

Fairly easy to set up. Customers like the look. Except for the problem with the shipping.

Support

Support is lacking. They send you to a forum with hundreds of threads to search. Then if you're past 30 days they won't help.

Documentation

Not a lot of documentation. The demo site has been helpful though.

Value for money

Meh, not a bargain nor a wallet buster. But at $99 for a year it kind of is.

I used this to: http://avisbag.com site. The plugin was never actually working fine 100%. I'm using it with this company's own template, Supermart. Didn't notice right away until we had a bunch of orders coming in w/no shipping on them. It's not working w/Istraax UPS default option w/o clicking
