Very useful. It can transfer everything from your database : not only users, categories or articles, but also extensions, and everything else. And even files, but I didn't use it. The documentation may not be absolutely complete, but the support is very helpful and patient. This saved me a lot of trouble.

I want to thank Panayiotis for the support and patience he has provided over a long migration using SPTransfer. I am not a technical person, and the learning curve was a bit long for me, but I was able to use it successfully, moving from 2.5 to 3.3

SP transfer is a spectacular and wonderful tool, what, in a quick way, a joomla 2.5 website transfers to a Joomla 3.3. Even for a novice is this an easy job. Furthermore, the customer is not a king, but is treated like an emperor. I am very satisfied.

After researching for a few hours on the best upgrade method for Joomla 1.7 to 3.2, a coworker and I stumbled upon this. My company went ahead and purchased it, and I can say it was definitely worth the buy. Kudos to the team that made this, as it made our job much easier! Just a few modifications had to be made to the database with phpMyAdmin and everything worked flawlessly transferring through this. I had to upgrade a Joomla site from 1.7 to 3.2 for a client - not a straightforward task. Could only use the built-in Joomla upgrade process to get to 2.5, then it would crash when going to 3.2. Even with every last extension removed, it would still crash during the upgrade and I had no choice but to restore from a backup (thanks to Akeeba for saving my ass). Nothing seemed to work - manual upgrades, database transfers, new installs, nothing. I scoured the internet for almost two weeks with no answers. Finally I came across this extension. I didn't follow instructions (my bad), but when I messaged the author about it, they offered to get into the site and get it straightened out. Worked perfectly, and I can't recommend enough. Wish I would have found this first, and it would have been worth double the money to get me out of that jam. A+

I ran into trouble, when migrating from J2.5 to J3.3.Had to trransfer 23.000 items. SP-Cyend's support did the trick. Excellent product and perfect support...Thanks guys!!!
