Works out of the box

Functionality
Well, it works almost out-of-the-box. Of course there are a few things to set up, but the process is easy and there's even a guided tour...
Ease of use
Basic things are explained in the guided tour, there's more on the web site and in the help file provided.
Support
There's a support forum where you can ask questions. You can also get help via e-mail. It might be that you have to wait a bit for an answer
Documentation
Docs are provided as mentioned above, and if unsure, don't hesitate to ask. There's also a demo available on the web.
Value for money
Cheaper than some competitors I won't name. Compared to others, this is a bargain, t works and it is hassle-free.
I used this to: Sending regular newsletters for one of my sites. And then I would recommend this extension whenever one of my customers sees the need for a newsletter.

Functionality
Everything you need for producing a nice and readable newsletter
Ease of use
Very easy to use specialy if you want to use Joomla articles in your newsletter. The only small problem is mastering Tables CSS
Support
Outstanding support, developper always trying to help and solve the problem
Documentation
A bit short on some aspects but a question to the developper andit works as expected
Value for money
Very cheap ! Good value for the money with great customer support
I used this to: Our monthly news letter to inform our 350 subscribers and it helps getting our site better known

Functionality
While most software is weighing down the software with features that make everything more cumbersome NSPro keeps it functional and lite.
Ease of use
Super easy to use. Very straight forward and works out of the box. Extra tweaks and settings are there for better deliverability.
Support
Excellent support, very fast and very friendly. The couple questions I had were answered in stellar time and was very understanding as well.
Documentation
Most of the documentation is right on board, explore and you will find the way :)
Value for money
Excellent. After going through all the product offerings (and having used most of them before) I found NS Pro to be by far the best choice.
I used this to: Regular send outs for my publishing company. Mine was not only weighing down their product but then pushing me into their cloud. It was the best thing that could happen as that prompted me to find something new. And WOW NSPro is so easy to use, reliable & put the fun back in.

The best Joomla Newsletter component

Functionality
I have 75.000 registered users in my website! This is the ONLY newsletter component that can Import those users. The others return an error.
Ease of use
Very easy to use. The user interface has improved drastically over the last years.
Support
The developer responds in around 15 minutes in the Forum and within 1 hour in the emails!
Documentation
It helped me a lot to understand the Component's functionality, features and how to use it.
Value for money
Definitely worth it, as it is offered at a very reasonable price (49€) for a 1 year licence
I used this to: To send newsletters to my users 2 times per year and inform them about our news.

I am still looking for a missing functionality...This extension really has everything one can ask for a good newsletter system.
Ease of use
Very easy to use and if you encounter a rare problem you can rely on great customer suppport.
Support
Quick to answer and very efficient. Always there to answer your questions !

Functionality
Having had many years of development, this has everything you would want from a fully functional newsletter component.
Ease of use
Uses native Joomla. Very easy to use. Starter templates work wonderfully on all screen sizes, and can be customised to your liking.
Support
Very fast and friendly responses from the developer, who solved my issue.
Documentation
Plenty of docs available so no problem getting to grips with everything.
Value for money
Can't argue with the generous pricing, and commit to 5 years and save even more!
I used this to: Club websites, sending updates to several hundred subscribers using AWS SES.

Functionality
This extension includes all functions, the average user really needs. Extra fields possible. If you are looking for gimmicks: Nothing there
Ease of use
It took me 6 days with another extensions: no effort – It took me three days and I had sent three newsletters with NS Pro incl. design work.
Support
Christopher offers quick and friendly support to beginners as well as profis. If asking additional features, he is open for those requests
Documentation
Good documentation but leaving some special questions unanswered like resending a newsletter after some recipients are added later.
Value for money
In comparison with several other newsletter extensions, Very good relation value for money. Get cut in price when subscribing for 5 years
I used this to: Sending Newsletters, which I can design free in large scale: In contrast to other extensions, it is not mandatory to link to articles in Joomla. It is possible to add numerous additional fields to the subscribers data + you can create conditions like if content=xxx then insert yy

Ganz einfache Installation, alles bereits getestet, es läuft rund und ohne Fehler
Ease of use
Benutzerfreundlich und sofort anwendbar, alles vorhanden was es braucht und spielend leicht anzuwenden
Support
Verbesserungsvorschlag wurde im Forum nach 1 Tag beantwortet und nach 2 Tagen mit neuem Update umgesetzt. HAMMER!!!!
Documentation
Gut verständlich, brauchte ich gar nicht benutzen, weil es ohne sofort zu verstehen war.
Value for money
Bestes Preis Leistungsverhältnis, das Geld ist bestens investiert

Does everything I need to edit, schedule and send newsletters and automatic responses like welcome emails.
Ease of use
Takes 30 minutes to know the basics and you're on the go. To get to know the rest takes a little more time, but with the FAQ you'll manage
Support
Excellent, this would be 6 stars for me. Christopher is quick to respond, willing to add extra functionality and answer questions
Documentation
The FAQ is clear and very usefull. And otherwise a mail to the developer will be responded very quickly.
Value for money
Absolutely worth the money. Especially after the integration with Rapid ContactEx

Ease of use
Raufladen, konfigurieren, Sprachfile anpassen -> fertig. Einfacher geht's nicht.

Documentation
Das Helpfile ist umfassend und doch einfach zu verstehen. Weshalb man hier mehr als 64 Charakter schreiben muss, verstehe ich nicht.
Value for money
Für eine einmalige Gebühr kann das Tool genutzt werden. In meinen Augen ein sehr gutes Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis
