Functionality

Lot of features, I use it for over 40 social medias as twitter, fb, blogs ect.. more than 2000 post every day.
App sucks, very poor.

Very,very poor!! I dont know what this guy know,it not moves you forward and find out by self. Just waste of time to write a ticket.

ok, but not always update. there can be a problem to conect with some platforms

All in all, dont miss this, your traffic go up like a rocket. App is very poor, not needful. Support very low down. But good Product

At this point, we are developing the new major version of the AutoTweet (version 9). The focus of the next iteration will be to improve many areas that with time have grown too much, optimise to improve the usability and enhance our support of mobile functionality.

On this area, your evaluation is fair and the current mobile app represents 10% of the whole extension. However, we plan to empower the next iteration with new technology based on Angular 2 and Ionic. So, an overhaul is coming to streamline the usage of the backend and the user interface under a unified view.

Concerning to support and documentation, we try our best to help our users and keep the documentation updated to the latest social platforms updates. If your experience is not excellent, please, send us a new ticket to review what we can do to improve it. Take into account that sometimes we are limited by the 3rd party extensions or the social channels that we integrate.

Functionality

I've used this component and its associated plugins for nearly two years, auto posting over 2,000 articles to both Facebook and Twitter.

Ease of use

Failure to post less than .02% and re-posts fixed those so I believe it was more a server problem than a component problem

Support

Fantastic when needed, only needed once, it's that good.

Documentation

Well documented, the channel partners (FB,Twitter,etc.) would do well with more documentation

Saves my client hundreds of hours

I used this to: A small (30,000 readers) weekly newspaper. They were only posting to FB before and it took a big slice of their resources to do that. Now auto posting to FB, Twitter, LinkedIn by just adding new articles or events. Works Great!

Functionality

Great component with huge array of plugins to support many different software packages. Functions exactly as you would expect.

Ease of use

Very easy to use even if not an experienced Joomla user. Great control panel makes setting up simple.

Support

If needed support are second to none. Amazingly quick response times and knowledgeable agents.

Documentation

Clear and concise. However did not need it as the control panel is simple to use.

Value for money

The best Joomla component by far to send content to your social channels. For the price a no brainer.

Great functionality and I only use it for two extensions. I'm sure that other people could obtain much more use out of it.

Adequate documentation with step by step explanation of how to set up to work with the major social media sites.

Very good value considering that without putting much effort, it has revitalised my Twitter feed.

If you're trying to streamline the content from your website into social media channels, this is the app. Hands down.

This product can automatically tweet and post for you. Also use it to capture content from RSS feed and reformat into articles

Ease of use

Pretty straightforward, but lots of settings so take your time and have patience.

The video tutorial is very helpful.

Very good.

I used this to: Autotweet and capture RSS feed to convert to content - that is a little tricky but it does work!
