Introduction

WhatsApp Multi Agent is a lightweight, easy to use WhatsApp floating chat widget that is enable you to display list of support agents in your website so your web visitor can start a conversation with them through WhatsApp app or WhatsApp web

Features :
- Multi-agent support, add multiple phone number and customer service agent
- Email Form Fallback. Getting message from your customers even during your support agent’s offline hours. A mail contact form will be displayed when all agents are offline
- Online Scheduler. Manage all of your customer service working shifts by setting their working hour / date / day repetation.
- No boring greeting message. Set a personal greeting message to your visitor, based on defined date and time and also what page their visit.
- Responsive design and compatible with all mobile devices
- Personalize the widget by changing the color theme, header image, animation type etc.

Please note that this extension is not an indipendent application that is enable you to chat directly from the website (WhatsApp doesn't provide such API for that), but it will redirect your user to another tab to open WhatsApp web or WhatsApp mobile app. Please try the demo site before buying.

Functionality

Works like a charm with many customization possibilities. I don't have many issue in installing this extension.

Functionality

Easy to set up and use. Easy to play around with positions. easy to make different languages.

Ease of use

OK, but my customers are a little older and many cannot find out how to QR scan.... other than that great. First client after only 20 min.

Very fast and not worried about a few questions even though the module is cheap

The documentation is also good. I had no problem setting the module up, changing and publishing it.

Value for money

Good value. I have now used it for a few weeks and answered many client request.

Very easy to use and configure, it provides, even if a small application different settings, start date and end of assistance with the possibility of sending mail when the operator is not online
