Introduction

Not much documentation, but the extension is really easy to use and the developer replies promptly to support requests via mail

Una ayuda imprescindible sobre todo para quienes necesitan migrar a otro servidor o reinstalar desde cero para actualizar su Joomla. GRACIAS
Ease of use
Al menos en mi caso, no me permite exportar mas de 10 artículos por vez pero no importa, excelente igual. Exporta articulos y categorias.

Functionality
On Joomla 3.6, it worked 100% as advertised. WARNING / INFO -- On your new site, check trashed categories for transferred content, & restore
Ease of use
Very easy to use. You control J2XML from Joomla Content Manager. If you run out of memory, make transfers in smaller batches.
Support
I did not use support, but I did watch a 2 minute YouTube video. I gave high support rating just because I appreciate this free extension.
Documentation
I do not think there is much documentation. But, I did watch a 2 minute YouTube video. J2XML is even easier to use than video said.
I used this to: Transferred hundreds of articles from an old Joomla website to my new site.

Permette la migrazione di: contenuti, utenti, immagini, allegati e contenuti da Wordpress.
Ease of use
Ho provato di versi componenti COMMERCIALI per migrare contenuti da Joomla verso Joomla. Eppure il migliore che abbia MAI usato è J2XML!
Support
Ho avuto problemi a migrare WP verso Joomla. La procedura falliva, ho scritto allo sviluppatore il quale in 24 ore mi ha risolto tutto.
Documentation
La documentazione si trova sul sito del produttore, semplice, chiara ed efficace. Proprio come il componente sviluppato, chiarissimo!
I used this to: Il suo utilizzo è nell'attivita di migrazione per contenuti, utenti, allegati, immagini. Importa anche categorie e post da qualsiasi installazione WP. Basta scaricare, sempre da WP, l'xml dei contenuti.
Joomla 1.5.x -> Joomla 3.x
Joomla 2.5.x -> Joomla 3.x
Wordpress -> Joomla

I am satisfied

Functionality
I had not found any issue since I am using it for two years and in more than one sites I have developed.
Generated file should be more big.
Ease of use
Simple and easy. Anyone can use.
I used this to: I have converted one site from Joomla 1.5 to 2.5 and then 2.5 to 3.5. I used the j2xml extension to transfer contents and related images when I have rebuild my site in 3x series from scratch and transferred contents from the older [2.5] one.

So great, so easy, so useful

I exported my 2.5 articles & categories to my brand new 3.5.1 in 10 seconds.
Bravo !
Ease of use
Just go to articles, select the ones you need and click export.
In Joo 3.5.1 just select the plugin and import.
10 seconds max to do it.

I used this to: I don't usually write review, but this extension saved my life. I wanted to transfer my old joomla site to Joomla 3, and I was about to do it manually and copy/paste. this extension saved me so many hours. I will for sure donate money to this project.
