JT ArticleX PRO displays Joomla! articles in responsive layouts using Joomla’s core Bootstrap assets and Web Asset Manager. It includes a small scoped stylesheet without bundling an additional CSS framework or external slider library.

The module follows Joomla’s modern namespaced module architecture with a Dispatcher, HelperFactory and Dependency Injection service provider. Its frontend has been tested with Cassiopeia, and its administrator settings have been tested with Atum.

Use it for blogs, news websites, magazines, portals, corporate websites and homepage article sections.

Available Layouts

Default Cards and Grid

Display articles as responsive Bootstrap cards for homepage sections, category previews and landing pages.

Carousel

Display articles using Joomla’s core Bootstrap carousel with previous and next controls, line or dot indicators, configurable autoplay, interval and articles per slide.

Autoplay is disabled by default. If the core carousel asset is unavailable, the module logs a warning and displays the articles in a grid.

Compact List

Display a compact vertical list with small article images, suitable for sidebars, latest-news sections and narrow module positions.

Media List

Display articles with larger images and configurable content columns.

Media List supports:

Validation

Version 1.0.19 passed 34 integration checks on each tested Joomla! version.

Browser checks covered all seven layouts, carousel navigation, stylesheet delivery, JSON-LD output and the Atum module edit form.

Installation and Updates

Download modjtarticlexprov1.0.19.zip and install it through:

Joomla! Administrator → System → Install → Extensions

Then open Content → Site Modules, create or edit JT ArticleX PRO, select your content and layout, assign a template position and publish the module.

Installing over an existing version preserves saved module settings.
