It is a very useful component for monitoring real-time when our visitantes.Sobretodo marketing campaigns are made.

It is flexible in its use. It has been enough to use basic functions. But then I examine in detail otherwise .

Functionality
Expecting to have clear stats for the site visits but that's not the case, several components are not tracked at all, other only partially

Quite difficult to understand, all the data informations are not easy to monitor

Could be better but mainly should be more intuitive the extension itself
I used this to: Company website
Owner's reply: It's quite sad to receive such feedback after we spent much of free time, early mornings and weekends with hope to share work with others for free so that it will be useful. And even though, this is still not enough for people and expect 24/7 support for free and 5/100 for documentation which has tens of pages. We used to give support for free until now, but this review helped us to realize that it's not worth it. This extension is available since 2006 and user expectations skyrocketed and are very high without any expected effort from their side. To read the documentation? To search for an answer on a forum? To posting a question? Forget about it.
ExtraWatch in later versions will be available as a service only available in cloud where we can give full support for paying customers if they have their subscription active. This is the only way how to survive and where others are going in that direction too.
Companies can offer a full 24/7 professional service, but ask if some of them are offering their support services for clients for free without expecting anything in return. Did Google Analytics offer you 24/7 help? I don't think so. We love Joomla and Open Source and did it for the community, but little bit of understanding and appreciation from users would be nice

All stats in one addon. Nice job. Detailed information about single customer.

Easy installation. Set up few things and thats it.

Excellent. Just excellent. Fast and professional.

Good enought. Don't rly needed.
I used this to: one year. If I found a bug support will fix it in few days.

Track several stats on your site, however the backend display stats in a very scrambled way and difficult to understand
Ease of use
Easy to install but it's not easy understand what kind of stats are tracked in the backend, the layout is too much mixed up

The free version is so much limited to essential stats, to get real usage and interesting feature you have to pay the pro version
