Functionality
Man kann Besucher und Herkunft tracken. Das Script läuft seit J4 nicht mehr über eigenen Server, wodurch Datenschutz nicht geachtet wird
Ease of use
Aufgrund der reduzierten Möglichkeiten, findet man sich generell schnell zu recht.
Support
Sofern man noch kein Abo eingekauft hat, ist man bemüht danach flaut es eher ab.
Documentation
Dokumentation gibt es auf der Website und als Video. Wird aber kaum gebraucht alles selbst erklärend.
I used this to: Ich hatte dies in J3 im Einsatz und war sehr erfreut. Doch unter J4, dem Umstand, dass ich nun eine externe Seite zur Einsicht meiner Daten benötige als auch das die Erfassung erst durch ein JS extern angefordert wird, haben mich dann veranlasst das Produkt wieder zu entfernen

A very good extension, but I need else a module

Functionality
Does what it should. But I have to use another extension to show the number of visitors in the front end.
Ease of use
Yes.
But there is a great lack of a module that could show the number of visitors on the front end.
I have to use another extension for this

There is no way to ask a question (in the free version).
(A using of two extensions is bad, because of counters do not match).

Functionality
We experienced a hacker attack that came through this extension and we had to remove the component and associated files.
Ease of use
Relatively easy to use and installed quickly but we removed it from our websites for security reasons.

I used this to: I have tried extrawatch on several websites but have since removed it from all of them due to security concerns.

Functionality
I was a longtime subscriber. The app does not work anymore. Previous versions of it used to work, and it used to have many more features.
Ease of use
I can't speak to this since it just doesn't work. It simply doesn't record or show information on the console screen anymore. Full-stop.
Support
The developers ignore e-mails. They're uninterested in solving problems and keeping customers. I had to cancel my subscription for a refund.
I used this to: It was for web analytics, keeping track of visits to my website.

Functionality
It does what it says. I was searching few extensions for this task and here I found a one. Please keep this work up.
Ease of use
Very easy, no additional skills are required. I'm not a coder or specially skilled person. If this worked for me means, everyone else can.
Support
I really came to this review section just to tell everyone, their support service is awesome, friendly and quick. That for a FREE extension!
Documentation
I used this to: It is a fun website. I create this with few friends and now more people use it.

Lots of metrics

Functionality
Looks good. Lots of metrics, map feature. It does contain a login, which I don't like. I'd prefer 100% local, but I can't find that.
Ease of use
It's mostly install and go. It appears to work. It falls somewhere inbetween google analytics and coalaweb traffic as far as accuracy.
I used this to: Another metrics tool. My primary metrics tool failed, so I had to find another one. the accuracy looks to be somewhere between google (about 1% of traffic registered) and CoalaWeb traffic (which appears to log some bots as unique hits) I'm guessing this is logging about 10%

Good to see whats happening at your site.
Ease of use
Simple! The more you want to know of your visitors the more you need to know! as simple as that just take the time to read.
Support
Never needed it, but when I do I hope the developpers still help free members who do appreciate them.

Never needed it, but when I do, I will RTFM
I used this to: all my sites, great even I don't know all the feathers

Many features and stats but at first sight i didn't realize how to read them
Ease of use
The component should be designed with an easier interface, you have to search the stat of your interest among a lot of informations

Quite good

Functionality
This extension works wonders, right out of the box. Simply change the Agent's Module position to an active position in your template and Go!
Ease of use
The standard settings work just fine, but you can tweak 'em as you like. Ignore your own IP for instance.
Support
Had a 6-month support license, but they still help out on simple things afterwards, proving to have great custmer care.
Documentation
Didn't need it, so didn't look for it.
I used this to: a Joomle/Virtuemart based webshop with medium traffic
