Payment Form (PMF) is a powerful and flexible payment form builder for Joomla that allows you to collect user information and process any type of payment through a single, customizable form — no coding required.

With PMF, you can build unlimited payment forms for virtually any use case, such as services, event registrations, course enrollments, donations, subscriptions, invoices, or custom payment scenarios. Payment amounts can be fixed, entered by customers, or dynamically calculated based on form selections.

Clear, well-structured documentation that makes setup and customization straightforward. I would preferred it more detailed in some parts.
Value for money
Excellent value for the features and support provided. Worth every cent.

Functionality
A really simple idea, especially for users of other extensions from Joomdonation. I can now sell/gift coupons to encourage site usage.
Ease of use
The extension is very simple to use and follows the same approach as the other extensions from Joomdonation.
Support
Excellent as always. Tuan has been very patient in fixing some teething niggles and enhancing the product at the same time.
Documentation
Generally very good but with a few typos that need addressing. I have raised this with Joomdonation.
Value for money
Amazing compared with the benefits my charity will see. All of the extensions from Joomdoantion are very cost effective.
I used this to: Selling vouchers in our online shop and being able to gift vouchers for good work or prizes in competitions.

Functionality
Does 99.99% of what I need and very simple to utilize. This, like all their extensions, are power houses and provide loads of options.
Ease of use
It's simple to set up, though it is a powerful extension so it takes time to learn and configure.
Support
Support from OS Solution is ALWAYS stellar. I don't ALWAYS get my own way (LOL) but they always try to accommodate where possible.
Documentation
Their dox are all extensive and cover necessary details and settings.
Value for money
Hands down, their extension represents tremendous value. They are all powerful extensions but support will often do little mods to help out.
I used this to: A seminar booking site. Their Events Booking extension didn't fit what I needed, but Payment Form was perfect with a couple of mods. I recommend (and use most of) all their extensions!

Will provide most of the functionality required to collect payments. Use the advanced products if you want more.
Ease of use
Extremely easy to set up. It follows the same format as the other products from the same developer
Support
Could not be better Tuan is brilliant, and seemingly works 24 hours a day!
Documentation
Very good and well laid out. Support tickets give you the rest if not covered in documentation.
Value for money
None better than this. You will not be displeased with this piece of software. A great extension.
I used this to: Non specific forms that need to collect payments. For events, subscriptions you need to use JoomDonations other products. It will cover 95% of your forms. Great product

Excellent form with flexible payment plugins available and very expandable with custom form fields you can create just about anything
Ease of use
Once you get used to it it is very easy to use and the structure of the admin is well organised.
Support
The email support is exceptional, the developer is very patient and thorough, any issues I have had have been resolved in a timely manner.
Documentation
The documentation is a bit limited, but this is compensated for by the fantastic support from the developer.
Value for money
Good value for money, especially considering the fantastic support provided.

The component is a significant help for us and has excellent functionality. It can be integrated very well into the system.
Ease of use
It is very easy to use, but of course it requires a little practice as it has many functions.

Best Support ever! When you add a Ticket you get an answer very fast.

The Component is well documented - when there is something missing you can create a ticket and get an answer very fast.
Value for money
Amazing - you get a really good component with a lot of features for your money!

Easy to configure and use. Works well with Joomla 3, will be testing it with Joomla 4 soon.

Very easy to install and configure, Created my first form within minutes.

Excellent and super-fast support, being and NGO I even managed to request discount from the developer.
Documentation
the component is so easy to use that the documentation is not even required but if needed it is easy to follow.
Value for money
Worth every penny. in the past I had to hire a freelancer to help develop a payment collection form for me.
I used this to: For a long time, I had been searching for an easy integration of ipay88 payment method into Joomla without the need of installing a complex shopping cart module. Payment Form by Joomdonation helped me resolve this issue with few clicks only.

When you need an easy form creator that also handles payment of a single product (or a few products) this i a great extension for that.
Ease of use
It's prettty easy to set up. It even creates and sends invoices if you want to.
Support
Support is excelent. You can use the forum or create a support ticket. The response is fast.
Documentation
Documentation is fine. And if you miss some info you can always contact the developer and they will help you out.
Value for money
If yuou need this kind of form that includes a payment this is the way to go.
I used this to: A website that sells some basic services / books. Nothing fancy. Straight forward.
